> 3 dayThis is working well. It has one feature that I struggled figuring out how to work around. It disables the numlock key while in a browser (like Chrome) so you cant use the arrow keys on the numlock. I contacted the company and they gave me a work around. I would give it 5 stars if it wasnt so difficult to figure out how to deal with this inconvenience. They should put in an option or make it easier to find the fix.

> 3 dayGot rid of Avast free computer virus and purchased based on reviews. So far, it runs in the background and has no annoying pop-ups that Avast had. I get it, you have a free anti-virus Avast and they have to get up to pay more for their services. Ive had no issues and scan automatically upon start-up. Im still running Windows 7 64-bit and works perfectly.

31-05-2025Buying directly from Webroot is foolish as their pricing structure is so expensive. I was able to get this at half the cost.

> 3 dayIm not sure if its just me, but I find this to not really do much for me. Yes, this internet security does have impressive reviews, which is the reason why Ive gotten it but after the first year, I decided not to renew because I find it to be mininum at best, but thanks to the special on Black Friday I renew the license for another year, and still not that impressed. First thing first, the pro is that it is very light on the system, and alledgedly scan fast. You hardly notice it in the background and it does automatically updates for you. But the problem is when you actually scan it, the commputer lags and slows down and the fan just comes on due to the stress it costs on the computer. I have had multiple instances when the program was scanning my computer with other programs running, my computer crashed. Definitely overrated, but definitely better than some of the other software out there.

> 3 dayIve used Webroot previously and was pleased, but after reading stellar reviews of Bitdefender I decided to give it a try. BIG MISTAKE!!! Bitdefender caused daily blue screen abends on both of my Windows 7 machines and would not download at all on my Windows 8 machine. Emails to tech support only resulted in a generic reply. Thankfully I was able to uninstall it and bought a new copy of Webroot. Its a great program in every way. Installation and setup was a breeze and no more system abends! I know better than to look elsewhere in the future. Thanks Webroot team!

> 3 dayThis product has worked well for me for the past year. It is easy to install and covers up to 5 devices. I use it on my cell phone and it provides excellent security as well as internet protection. It doesnt require much space and self updates. All this is done in the background while you are performing other tasks. It is reasonable the first time installed, however, if you renew the 2nd year the price doubles! I chose to repurchase the download again and reinstall the product. Difficult to do, but it works. My bank also recommended it. I hope this has been helpful.

> 3 dayInstalled this program today. The installation was easy. I am impressed with the security that the program offers. Significantly easier and faster than other programs I have used. So far, I am very, very pleased with the installation. I found this program while scanning Amazons website. Initially, I was reluctant to try it. Frankly, I never knew that this program existed. I would definitely recommend it.

> 3 dayEasy to install and, so far, works just like its supposed to. It has a very small footprint on the computer, and Ive had no software conflicts.

> 3 dayFirst I liked the price--upgraded to best package for a lot less than webroot would renew the package I had been using. Webroot offended me with their aggressive renew threats where they tried to force me to renew or uninstall before my subscription was out. It was relatively easy to uninstall and install new program on win7 and even easier on win10.

> 3 dayIve used Webroot for several years. It scans quickly without hogging all my computer resources. I think the value is excellent (I usually buy the 5 license package). I never renew the license because it is always less expensive to buy a new license number every year. I only have to update the license number in the software, no need to uninstall and reinstall.
