> 3 dayThese work very well with my lamps. I would give them 5 stars but I thought the directions to link w/the Echo could be a little more clear; it wasnt too difficult though, just took a few minutes.

> 3 dayGood price on these. The only hold back on the 5th star was the app that came with the plugs, didnt have a schedule to turn off and on the switches at a specific time, so had to use IFTTT to set it up. Again for the price they worked great after I got it setup

> 3 dayI was really excited about getting these outlets. My room is really dark and I wanted a quick and easy way to turn on numerous lamps at once. The set up was relatively easy and when the outlets work it is great. The biggest problem is that one of my outlets will regularly just turn off, therefore turning off the lamp. Then I have to go back into the app and turn it back on. This is quite annoying and frustrating. The app is a little slow to load too. My other outlet in the same room does not have this issue though and has been great.

> 3 dayThese units are fine so long as you have uninterrupted power. But when the power goes off and on again, these units have to be manually reset. The problem seems to be that if the WiFi router isnt up and running when these units are powered on, they will simply hang until you manually reset them ... sort of defeats the purpose of a smart home when the devices are so idiotic.

> 3 dayFrom 1 star to 4 stars: I have spent countless hours trying to make these useless dumb plugs work with either Alexa or my iPhone. Cannot connect to either. Tiny instructions that are unreadable. The app is no help whatsoever. What a frustrating waste of time and money. The other reviews stating easy setup must be fake. The only one I believe states it took twenty hours. Returning to Amazon ASAP. Update Im not a person who accepts defeat so I didnt returned the plugs to Amazon. I couldnt make the setup work with the Smart Life app. I tried for days without success. On YouTube I discovered that I can use the Tuya app. BINGO!!! The plugs linked easily to my iPhone and Alexa. The plugs work fine.

> 3 dayGot two before. It’s good and easy to install. Then change another brand. Returned. Not working. Finally, got two more of this timer. I use it for my living room light timer and aquarium uv light timer.

> 3 dayProduct works well so long as it stays connected. Continually says that its not connected when I log into the app so I have to go unplug it and plug it back in. Other than that it works well though. Bought four of them and all four have the same issue with connection at times.

> 3 dayThese plugs work great! I have my entire house integrated with Alexa. Every lamp in the house is connected with one of these. Theyre smaller than other products, so they take up less space on your outlet, and theyre consistently reliable with my WIFI network. The only thing I wish they would change, about the design (which is a problem with all of the smart plugs) is that they extend the plug and make it challenging to plug directly into the wall. Basically, they make your cord stick way out from the wall, and make it challenging to push furniture up against the outlet. To get around this, I often use power strips or extension cords, to I can push my furniture against the wall. Overall...Im super happy with these. Theyre a great price, for what you get.

> 3 dayI love these!! The directions weren’t super helpful but I figured it out easily enough. Download the app for the plugs first then use your log in from that app to connect to Alexa. Super awesome to say, “Alexa turn on the lamp!” And she does! Haha

> 3 dayI love these things!! I mean.. it only took me 20 hours to figure out how to install, but work great! Im having fun with them! Just a hassle that if you change the name of the outlet later on down the road, you have to discover new device on alexa. Also, hate that you have to download the app, especially if I buy different devices from a different company, Ill end up having 20 different light apps on my phone!
