> 3 dayThe device does need the application downloaded to your phone to operate, but was easy to use and I was able to connect the devices to my Alexa with very little problem. The most difficulty I found with setup was having to try connecting to my home network. Both devices took two attempts, but were quite stable once connected and responded to voice commands with no problem. They are primarily a switch and have to variability, such as a dimming capability, but work great for automatic switching of a lamp on or off etc.

> 3 dayThey work well. Love being able to tell Alexa to turn the lights on and off. The app allows one to control the lights from anywhere. Timers can also be set up. I will be buying more.

> 3 dayWorks pretty food but sometimes you have to readd it to your phone cause it looses connection to the app

> 3 dayAs long as you can follow directions, this product works well. When integrating this with Amazon Echo devices, it does take a few steps to set these up. However, once set up, they are excellent.

> 3 dayInstructions were a little unclear in reference to what android app to install, otherwise setup was easy.

> 3 daySo far so good. Setup was a snap, took less than 15 minutes to get two units up and running. Using these to control TVs used for digital signage at a school -- created a schedule for the desired hours and so far is working exactly as expected. The ability to set up once only sessions or simply turn on/off on demand -- even from a remote location -- is great for the times when theres an event outside regular school hours when the display being on would be nice. UPDATE 1/30/18 -- both units have started to operate on the schedules programmed. Connectivity is not an issue as the unit can be toggled on/off readily. But after multiple days of systems staying on overnight we need to find a more reliable solution.

> 3 dayWork well. Easy to set up. Downside is the shape. Hard to fit 2 cords into 1 wall outlet. Smaller Square shape work better.

> 3 dayWorks OK so far, but this device worries me from a security point of view. Cheap but scary. I disabled all the Android Smart Life apps permissions in Settings->Apps after configuring the device. Why did the app literally need every permission known to man on my Android phone to simply configure the device? What REALLY worries me is the amount of data the device moves to/from The Cloud---constantly. Is it eavesdropping on my local LAN traffic? Or, is it a Trojan Horse waiting for instructions from hackers lurking in the shadows in another country? Over the last 7 days the device downloaded 18 Mbytes and uploaded 135 MBytes of data (see photo)! More than a bit worrisome. The rate has slowed down to ~120 Kbyte/6 MBytes down/up per 24 hour period over the last few days, but what possibly can be going on? I dont want a rogue IOT device in my house participating in botnet shenanigans!

> 3 dayThese are great, easy to set up and work well. Only problem I see is that they are typical Chinese made products. The plug holes arent tight for the electronic you plug into it, so theres risk it will come out or fall out from being too loose. Which is why I gave these 4 stars rather than 5. Other than that I love them! Especially because they are priced a lot better than others on the market...
