> 24 hourHave two other wion units for years that work just fine. I bought this one and it stopped working after a few months. Of course now outside of return window. Now have to find out how to properly dispose of this. Disappointed

> 24 hourBought this to control three small lights - two that are USB, and one with a standard plug. I wanted the device to control all three power outlets on the same schedule. The USB outlets are not affected by the timer, and the standard outlet never worked at all. So none of my requirements were met. Also, while setting up, I was very uncomfortable providing my router log on information and etc. I will probably unplug this and throw it in the trash.

> 24 hourListing made it seem like you were purchasing 2 units not just one. Because it was only one, it went from a great deal to only a good deal

> 24 hourFantastic wifi outlet. Great features and a very nice USB functionality. I like the fact that the USB ports stay on all the time and are not wifi operated. I have set the timer function on this and it makes for easy lighting in case we forget to turn on our lamp in the living room in the evening. I also enjoy the away features the timer offers. You can set this to come on a randomized times while on vacation or for security purposes on a day to day basis. Can have multiple smartphones connected to the app to control the outlet as well. Highly recommend this product!

> 24 hourInteresting device, will get another to use in remote locations to cycle radio equipment. I hope they are robust for that critical service. Cool energy monitor feature in this particular model. Nicest thing is now router NAT or port forwarding is needed and works fine on a dynamic public IP as well. The commercial AC power switches require significant router set-up to use them remotely.

> 24 hourThe instructions are a mess. It would be funny if it wasnt so frustrating. For example the end of a para says ... proceed to next step to begin the smartphone setup The next step says Once you have finished connecting the WiOn Outlet to a WiFi router... The problem is the instructions for connecting are somewhere else on the page, its out of order.

> 24 hourI decided to buy 2 different types, this wion and also the ihome plug. As another reviewer said, if you expect various intermitent power outages, when the power of back up, the wion DOES NOT RECONNECT to be controlled from distance, where the ihome does not seem to have a problem. To solve this problem, in the last 2 months, I press the sent debugging email button in the app, and 80% of the time, it reconnects, making me believe there is some human manual adjustment. When I put a note for the company that their ihome competitor does not have that problem and to let me know if they plan to solve this glitch, they gave me nonsense explanations totally discarding that the ihome works through their excuses. Too bad wion, this time the debugging email I sent you it did not reconnect my wion but it threw me in the reset connect new device screen and I am not about to drive 40 miles to reconnect it, I WILL INSTEAD RETURN IT!, too bad because your app seems to be more intuitive than ihomes amd the hardware seems fine, its on the software end were your denial exists! Bye!
