> 3 dayBought several of these. spent hours trying to get them to finally work. Then switched phone to IPhone. They refuse to find my network. I would not consider them again. Application confusing. Why cant companies put a bluetooth module in them that help connect to WIFI? Developer grade F!! my WIon outlet strip gives the same problem The APP in my opinion is horrible.

> 3 dayHad problems with the final step of setting up the device. When entering the password, I would get an error message. 1st time I contacted customer service they had a tech call me. Once on with tech he did not have me run through the set up again are or check to make sure I was inputting information correctly. The tech went right into a script of telling me that my computer was corrupt and they needed to run diagnostics on it. For around $200. He said my fire wall on my system had too many intruder attempts from my gaming, social media and porn habits. He insisted this was the problem and he needed access to my computer. I hung up. I don’t own a computer. I have an iPad and an iPhone I run the app. After trying to self diagnose and googling possible problems with it, I recontacted tech. After taking my info they told me they would have a technician call me. I asked if it was free service to have tech work with me and they answered yes. Then I mentioned the last experience that they tried to sell me a service at about $200. And they text chat ended and disappeared. After playing with the WiON smart plugs a bit more I figured out that I needed to copy my password from my router page and paste in the box on my WiON app set up page. And not type it in. For some reason that was the issue. The plugs work great. I am concerned about WiONs costumer service ethics.

> 3 dayI bought this wifi switch at home depot for $24.99, and felt compelled to write this review. Best wifi switch on the market. Beats in simplicity and effectiveness all the other you find in the market, including wemo. Connecting to wifi and being seen by my iOS devices was a breeze.

> 3 dayHad a hard time finding the right app for the Android. Not listed in the store. Setup was mildly frustrating but got it to work. Performs really well now. Had to use an AC power brick to get it to time a USB powered fixture.

> 3 dayThis Wion WiFi outlet is the best of all of their products. It has two USB charging ports that include a automatic night light, nice feature. Also, this outlet, tracks, records the energy usage of the item that it is controlling. To my knowledge, this is the only outlet in the Wion product line, that has this energy usage feature. It programs easily for all functions, with a smart phone.

> 3 dayI purchased more than one manufacturer of wifi outlets and Wion was one of the purchases. It was the only one that would not connect to WIFI unless I gave access to my PC remotely to a WION tech person. No thank you. I sent it back. The other wireless outlets connected with my wifi easily and without any tech help. Just follow the instructions on your phone as you go along. Not wion. Wion gives you weird queries like reboot your Wion app Enter your WLAN to connect to your wifi? What is a WLAN? Is it my SSID? Is it my wifi name? I hate going to GOOGLE to figure this out. Luckily I had the other wifi outlets to use which did not ask me to do weird things or have a tech enter my PC remotely!
