> 3 dayLots of problems with these devices but the worst is poor support. The Woods/WiOn Website has very little useful info and no details on such things as what can be done with the program. Instructions for the app are embedded in the app only. The site has a place to ask questions but they ignore them. They have an 800# but the persons who answer know less about the products than they would if they spent a day on Amazon. I give it 2 stars as some users seem to have better luck -- more like their applications didnt run into any of the snags and they didnt have to try and get support.

> 3 dayThis switch does exactly what it says.. and no more... Ive got a Vera home automation setup, AND an Amazon Alexa and I assumed Id be able to integrate it with at least one of those, but it turns out, I cannot.. That being said, it was REALLY easy to setup, and so far, its worked 100% reliably. I havent tried to access it from outside my home network, but Ive got it configured to control my christmas tree lights, and it does it quite well, while giving me a local button to override and turn on/off manually, and/or by my iPhone.. Im reserving the one star for the inability to integrate with ANYTHING apparently, but in reality, thats probably not fair, since it never claimed to... I just figured these days, most smart home devices can integrate with SOMETHING over either Zwave or Wifi, and theres no excuse not to support that functionality on this device.. It would be really cool if you could trigger it based on other sensors and events on my other home automation systems.. Maybe someday it will come, or Ill find out by reverse engineering what packet I need to send to control it with my own code..

> 3 dayWas difficult to link to internet. Had to play with it for a long time to figure it out. Once I got it up and running its great. I love being able to turn on a light when out after dark. I love I can set a light for when we go away and its on for what i set it for and not all day and night. I like having different ways to set on the timer.extra usbs available are great.

> 3 dayIve got two of Wions products, this one and the outdoor version too. Timer functions are great but support is non-existent. Could not get either of these to work reliably on 4G or an outside WIFI network e.g. from work. I suddenly had a thought about wifi security having had issues years ago with another product. As soon as I set the 2.4GHz on the router to the least secure (WEP) - bingo, works every time. Not ideal I know but I use 5Ghz for other stuff at home and all I need to do is hide the 2.4GHz SSID for added security. It is not only Wi0n I had this issue with, other smart sockets too, those are now working as well. Hope this helps someone out.

> 3 dayWell, it would certainly be nice if the 2 USB ports were also controlled by the timer functions, since that really was what I needed, but its still a good adapter and it will be nice to have the energy monitoring feature for the area Im using it in.
