Zoo Med Wood Tortoise House

Looks great, very functional, easily assembled, well priced and delivered quickly. I love that I can now put my tortoise out on the lanai to catch some sun without having to worry about a cat or anything messing with him. I used Zoo Med Cypress Mulch on the floor, which looks and works well.

This is such an awesome and easy to assemble product! My tortoise loves her house. She is much happier than she was when she was in a glass terrarium! The box is very small and lightweight compared to how big the house actually is. It assembled in like 10 minutes maybe. No weird smells like some people said. This was a great buy and anyone with a tortoise should look into investing in one of these. Its nice because its low and visible for our young children without the risk of salmonella since it locks on the side. If you have really bad babies than you can add tiny locks like a diary lock. My kids do drop things inside since the grates on top are very large but this also allows for much better ventilation for the tortoise. I will be changing out our lighting for the hood light which fits with this product much better.

My little tortoise man loves hangin out in his room! Easy to put together and a perfect size for a small Russian to run around!

This has worked great for us. Thinking of getting another to keep outside so I dont have to carry it in and out cuz it is a big box.

Great product. Assembly was a snap. Works well for my sons Russian Tortoise.

The setup was fairly easy, probably took me 20 minutes. It was a lot bigger than I expected, Im housing a baby Sulcata and hes pretty happy :)

Im giving this 3 stars because, it works great for my Russian Tortoise and she loves all the space. I knew it would need assembly and expected that but, putting it together came with a snag... The bottom piece slats were assembled at an angle that did not allow it to fit properly to the sides. I ended up having to unscrew each slat and move them into proper order. Re-screw them, by making new holes to attach them to the sides. (This was not done for packaging purposes, as the entire thing would have fit just fine in the box when properly attached). Luckily, I had some knowledge on wood work, or this would have ended up returned. Beware of the hassle. If you dont mind the extra time it takes to put together, its worth it!
