Sharp with two different grades of removal. Removes wood fast and then fine removal. Good quality, well made. Its a keeper.

just a great tool

I realize this is just a rasp, but wait, its not just a rasp. This is THE rasp. This puts all other rasps Ive ever used to shame; it really is that good. I may be acting prematurely as I just received it today, but you bet your bottom dollar I pulled it out of the packaging and put it to work straight away, and let me tell you it did NOT disappoint to say the very least. Think shredders shoulder pads from TMNT, he would be proud to don a pair of these rasps on his burly back caps. Ill stop being silly and just say that if this thing continues to perform at this level then this is quite possibly one of the best tool buys Ive ever made and Ive bought a lot of tools, more than I care to mention, alas this one I can be happy with, happy shredding!

I am impressed with how this removes material! Both the course and fine side do an excellent job with little to no effort.

I am using this rasp for donkey hoof care. I love this rasp. The size is very manageable, offer two types of cuts, and are small enough to manipulate easily. The are very sharp and so one needs to keep safety in mind.

My outdoor pony needs frequent touch-ups to keep his hoofs smooth when stamping at flies. My other rasp, no handle, was very hard for me to grasp and awkward to apply at the right angle. This rasp has stayed sharp, and helps me be quick and effective.

Great tool!!! Can really rasp off some wood pretty quickly!!! Built sturdy, would definitely recommend this item to others that work with wood.

Well made rasp. Use it every day and it does a very good job of not clogging.

Pros: easy to use hogs off material quickly can shape outside curves very well inexpensive Cons: hard to use on inside curves, but it was not designed to be used in this fashion so not downside really.
