Greater than one weekThis computer works great, especially for the price. I am not using it for gaming. I am a small business owner and needed a reliable laptop just for accessing email and Google online documents/drive etc. Just received and just started using, but so far so good.

> 3 dayI guess for the price I should have expected this but I bought this computer in early December as a gift for one of my kids. He opened it 1/2, we had a late Christmas due to husband being in the military and not able to get home until Jan, had it 6 weeks and the unit is completely dead. Trying to work with Acer customer service to have it repaired under the 1-year warranty and it has not been a great experience.

Greater than one weekOther than one crappy Dell that was given to me, Ive always had an Acer and have been 100% happy. This one doesnt disappoint except in one area. The sound is extremely low. Even on Max. Ive tried to adjust the volume control but I cant find any thing to fix. Lots of complaints on this but Ive had no luck finding a resolution. If anyone has please let me know! Its so frustrating.

> 3 dayFirst, I am not a tech person! I read the reviews and needed something for school work. I had and older laptop that was super slow. This laptop is super fast and works great for school work. It made a world of difference for me. It was easy to take out of S-mode and it can be upgraded to get more storage. I don’t game, so I am not sure how the laptop would perform that way. Bottom line, It’s a great buy for the price as long as your just doing basic stuff! Super happy with my purchase!
