> 3 dayI really like the computer overall. My only complaint is that I’ll have to upgrade the ram because the 4 gb gets overrun pretty easily and it causes the computer to slow down a bit. Outside of that it’s really fast and the display looks great.

> 3 dayNot a big fan of Microsoft but have had a lot of luck with Acer products. Not sure I’ll keep it in S mode because of the limited software but so far so good. It has some kind of lag in certain situations. I’m quite sure this doesn’t have anything to do with the hardware. I’ve got Office 2013. Guess what? It won’t load. Microsoft issue again. And, I can’t seem to upgrade the license without turning it into a science project. Thanks, again Microsoft. This is a nice piece of hardware for a very reasonable price. One negative on the hardware. The sound system is deplorable. But then I paid $130 for this through various discounts. Inch more than that and I’d rather buy a six year old Apple MacBook Air.

> 3 dayWhat I like about it, it was extremely easy to upgrade the Ram and the SSD! And now we dont have to worry about lagg or out of memory space! The Slim flys and the screen is clear! Perfect for what ever except.....

Greater than one weekI been having a this for almost a year and have had several problems with it. First, the mouse cursor disappears constantly. I have to be looking up ways On google to bring it up. Second, the touchpad is a pain! I noticed sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn’t. Then it would only work if I press real hard on the pad. Now it doesn’t work at all. Not only does the touchpad gives me trouble but also volume keys stop working often and out of nowhere works again. Finally, from the start it would freeze a lot like A LOT! I don’t use the laptop often. It was intended for personal used like watching Netflix and YouTube but now I rather not use it it’s frustrating since a lot of features don’t work well! I really wish I wouldn’t have purchased this. Definitely a bad choice!

> 3 dayIn less than 6 months. Not sending back to Acer as their turn around on their warranty items takes forever (had a friend who went through that = not worth it). You buy a brand new laptop and it SHOULD last for longer than 6 months!!! I am pissed!
