I bought this laptop for school and so far its awesome. I love the fact that i can type in the dark

First, I am NOT a computer whiz. I do not have anyone in my family to help. I feel its pretty early for me to be reviewing since I received my computer 1/31/2021. I do have a reliable contact with an owner of a Computer Repair business. He was backed up for 3 wks but told me how to unload the S mode and suggested me to use 3 different free Malware applications. I Love the backlit keyboard, large screen and I have yet to have issues with downloads , watching videos or even playing a game of solitaire. Last weekend my brother turned 71 and we had a Zoom Meeting which also was quite impressive.

Really love this laptop, if you’re using it to game definitely consider getting an extra 4gb

Great laptop except for two things. First, there is no way to tell if your caps lock is on. Its just annoying. Second, audio is terrible unless you are wearing headphones. Ive updated drivers and everything else I could find online that might help and no difference. Other than that, no

Really really good laptop. Ive always had good luck with Acer products. Easy setup and not loaded with bloatware. I would definitely recommend.

Love this laptop.

The max volume is barely loud enough to hear 3 feet away. Do not get for things with sound.

It got a sensitive touchpad. I actually like the new function of window 10 that you can split screen, and open a new window. It’s so user friendly. I also love that big high-resolution screen.

Nothing special PC, kind of cheap, hinge broke without abuse.
