We got the computer in November. It has been a headache since we got it. The charger stopped working pretty soon after we got it. We have to hold it in place or balance it on a pen to get it to charge and that only work sometimes. It also doesnt connect well to the internet. We cant use it for Zoom or any other video sites. Acer wont let us return the computer since we bought it on Amazon and Amazon wont let us return it since it is out of the return window. It is frustrating to be stuck with this terrible computer.

Great hardware for great price. Keyboard doesnt feel cheap like Lenovo 330 models. Mousepad very responsive. AMD graphics shares about 2.5GB of system memory. After adding additional 4GB dimm now says 5.6GB free. If your adding a 2nd ssd drive i recommend googling video on how to. Its not as simple as pop off bottom and plug in. Otherwise works great. Havent played games with it yet. Make sure to tweak your power profile to get the most out of the cpu, graphics etc.

Its good for limited games

This is a nice computer. Bought because my HP fell apart after just 2 years and constantly froze up, very slow to do anything - hated it...got this based on 18,000 ratings and amazons choice. Love the backlit keyboard as I sit and surf and type in the dark. Two minor negatives, as mentioned in video and customer reviews are a slightly dimmer screen than my last 3 laptops, just slightly but not that noticeable and definitely the speakers should be a bit louder but either headphone or $20 stand alone cheap computer speakers an option. Neither of these negatives are strong enough to dissuade me from recommending this Acer. The AMD Ryzen chip seems faster than my previous low end Intel Pentium, so I am very happy with the speed (depends on your internet speed too you know)...I like the keyboard and mouse feel as well. Build quality to be determined in time but seems good. Price fluctuates alot i am shocked to see...catch it on low end around $365...watch the price change daily, up to $460...so be cagey!!! yep, get one.

I couldnt have been more disappointed in my unit I guess I got unlucky or something along those lines my unit came with a screw lose on arrival. This product doesnt do good in colder environments even if in a bag I notice my unit started having weird bumps on the surface followed by my unit not even starting up at this point it wont even charge I placed a return and replacement order hope the next one is better. Other than this monstrosity the performance of the laptop is quick and very swift easy to get used to in S mode or getting out of it but it doesnt even help a bit on my unit 1/5 this will be updated upon receiving new unit

I just got my ACER today. However, the screen at 1080p is an amazing first impression. The speed of this laptop is top notch as well. Very responsive. I do a lot of trading chart work. Charts are resource intensive and they load with no problem on this baby! Super Happy about this purchase! Oh, the mini number pad is a nice touch as well.

Returning since adapter plug does not fit (strange). Also, decided for the time (and tiny risk) of installing RAM/Drive it would be better to get the 81X20005US @599 (I often use a large external monitor).
