This is the second Acer laptop that I have had trouble with!!the first one some of the keys on the keyboard stopped working ALONG with the mouse. I’ve had this one for a short period of time and the mouse went out on this one too!! Extremely frustrating!! I am a nursing student and it’s pretty important to have a functional laptop!!!

It works really well. More of a business computer then a gaming computer. I got more ram just cause everyone seem to mention it. Not touch screen but that doesnt bother me.

Added 4GB (Samsung DDR4 PC4-21300), works plenty fast for email and web surfing. Very light weight and I enjoy the lighted keyboard for these older eyes. Battery life is plenty long for my purposes.

I bought this laptop for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. She uses it to design images for cups and tee shirts And very happy with the image quality and easy to use touch screen.

It is just beyond me that manufacturers of laptops these days have no capacity to just make them LOUD ENOUGH TO HEAR OVER AIR CONDITIONING. The very highest volume setting available should be the lowest volume setting on a machine that is actually functional. So inbelievably annoying. Second acer laptop with this issue. How is it possible that this is a problem something built in 2020 can even have. Why. Why. WHY DO YOU TRY TO DRIVE ME INSANE ON PURPOSE.

Bought it for freshman year of college, great for price.
