The computer does everything I need it to do and is light weight too!

I have been very pleased with this laptop. It has served me well so far and done exactly what I wanted to use it for. I especially like the ease of connecting online and the Cortana promos for setting it up. Haven’t tried the touch screen option as of yet. As for gaming, I’ve played a few strategistrategy games and the graphics and speed seem good. I can’t say whether this would be the case though if someone wanted to play Fortnight or an online game that requires mor processing speed and graphics. Bottom line, if you’re looking for a good laptop to do a little of everything this is a great well rounded purchase.

Pc works very fast and had to turn off mode six or it blocked apps,i found very hard to work with it ,still rather have my windows seven

Laptop was stolen and someone tried to open the case. Got the Laptop back in good shape but the 10 little screws on the bottom were missing. Contacted Acer customer service and wanted to purchase screws. Acer explained because the Laptop was out of warranty (by 10 days), they could not sell me the screws or supply a part number but they would repair my laptop if I send it in for $239.99. I just want to buy the screws not overhaul the Laptop! Acer gave me a number where I could purchase the screws but when I called they told me they only sell memory. When I asked where I could purchase the screws, Karen hung up. No service after the sale of any kind for parts so this is the last Acer product I purchase. Beware. I would not purchase any Acer products if I were you.

My lab top has quit working. It will not restart it is froze & my mouse will not work it won’t let me do anything

Im not an expert so Im not gonna delve into specs and whatnot but 4 RAM is a bit low (you can start noticing it when having multiple tabs of a navigator and running a couple financial softwares in the background, although still very decent performances) and looking at youtube video to upgrade the RAM looks annoying and I would hate to break of the back frame or that battery connector. Small annoyance but noticeable is the lack of signal on the keyboard when using caps lock. Just An OK laptop for business use. Absolutely love how light weight and slim it is though. But the best is undoubtedly the price... only $300 (Dec 2019) for a more than decent laptop, cant go wrong with that.
