its lights under the keys but not through the letters, the ssd is great. I use it daily and the hinge broke from opening and closing thats my fault. Lasted a year or so of heavy use. I hate the keyboard. There is no cap lock light or numb lock light. doesnt even indicate it . WOW , bad design. However you can get it to beep and if you really google you can get it to display a widget when it changes. No regrets, good picture and speed is good for most programs, i dont think for games. enough usb and hdmi power plug is good. But, in the end good bang for the buck for light to medium users

Works well for my needs

Great Laptop for the price, no it doesn’t have touchscreen but it’s still great for school or work. As far as for gaming I haven’t tested but I didn’t get mine for that. Easily switched out of Windows 10 S mode took about 3 mins. Highly recommend getting a mouse for it, overall I’m really happy with it, hope this helps

I liked the weight, size speed and looks. However my unit would not resume from wake with lid opening or sleep button pressed, or power button pushed again. Keyboard would not respond during this period for about 30 seconds and then unit would do a restart and any open apps would be closed. Very annoying. Tried all the suggested remedies such as power option changes and bios updates. Even re-installed Windows and upgraded to the Pro version with no success to fix the resume from wake issue. Would not recommend as unit fails simple basic requirement. What more serious flaw may lie ahead. Returned unit for refund. Usually not this negative but this unit wasted to much of my time.

Bought it in the USA. Product claims worldwide warranty coverage. While traveling within the first 50 days i discovered the camera was not working. Reached out to local Acer Support..they demanded money for repair. Reached out to Acer in the USA they wanted to have the product shipped with my expense to US or Canada. All i needed was an authorization to have it repaired abroad. Inefficient thinking and practices. NEVER>>NEVER> NEVER again an ACER product.

I love my little laptop! I have a little trouble with the keyboard skipping but I think its the operator.

This is the best laptop I’ve owned in 20 years. For the price as well it’s beyond reproach. It’s perfectly streamlined, the software is laid out perfectly and runs great. Despite a slower than normal processor it runs like an 8 core. Graphics are amazing, interface is amazing. Most of all, my first week I had it I spilled an entire cup of coffee into the keyboard. No issues. I have epilepsy and I’ve knocked it over at least a dozen times and it’s slammed into the wooden floor. No issues. I’ve accidentally downloaded a virus from .mods for gaming. Easily deleted. No issues. Best laptop I’ve ever had. HIGHLY recommended.
