This laptop has some good features, the sound and screen are excellent. The problem is that it is a nightmare to recharge. I have bought several charges which were presented as being compatible with this laptop. I even bought another one of this to make sure that I had the right charger and charger did not work well.

Price is excellent and easy to start

We got this laptop as a cheap, yet snappy laptop for my grandfather. I was looking for something with an AMD processor, 4-8 gigabytes of RAM, an SSD, and a nice lightweight design. Without any doubt, this is that laptop. Its an amazing and slim laptop that will get you through usual everyday tasks without any problems. The SSD is amazing and makes the desktop experience multitudes better, even with a low end processor. While I would highly recommend upgrading from Windows 10S to full-fledged Windows, I left it on S mode because my grandfather doesnt need anything besides Microsoft Edge (which has gotten FAR better ever since the beta release that switched it to the open-source Chromium engine).

Kind of upset that i spent so much money on a computer that runs slow. the picture is good, the volume is really low. i wouldn’t buy this brand.

Did tons of research and this is the best bang for the money. Integrated graphics can run many games at 720p 30+fps

Nice laptop just sucks I waited so long for it to come and one of the clips latching the laptop bottom, was broke... now like right in the middle on the front it’s not even. It is just frustrating

I have the laptop only a month and it has already been to the repair facility once. I have had to call the help desk at least twice to resolve some. The laptop is fast but the jury is still out

In about 4 months Ive had battery issues and black screen issues. I do NOT recommend this product.

Great laptop for the low price

Typical Microsoft problems. It gets so bogged down running background tasks it cant perform the simplest command. Windows is constantly communicating with the Mothership and cant be bothered to do what you want it to do. Avoid Microsoft products, theyre more interested in collecting data on its customers than providing a functional computer.
