This laptop is great and I had it for months, but when I first got it I had to pay another 100 dollars to take s mode off of it.

Good for the price

I bought this laptop for myself for school and on the first day I got it I already found things wrong I couldn’t download applications right they wouldnt open at all. Then my mic and audio were broken, then the casing started to come off. So over all I wouldn’t recommend this laptop, I would wait until you have a little more money to get a higher end laptop.

I bought this laptop for school work, it handles multitasking with ease. I chose to add an additional 4gb of Ram and a 2.5” SSD. Ram and SSD installation were extremely easy. Make sure you have screws to mount the SSD to the bracket. Also the SSD will most likely need to be formatted if it is brand new. The laptop display, keyboard and touch pad are all great.

This Acer was purchased for basic word processing, browsing, and some streaming--including both personal and work tasks. It turned to an all black screen within a few weeks of use. Many attempts to fix it failed (using tips and tricks from support sites). Acers customer service had no new ideas and would not help with a return or shipping it for a repair initially. I was told they had a system update and to call back in a couple of days. I did, and got the same story. Called back a few days later, again was put off. Im still waiting for someone there to support their product or communicate accurately. Given the current situation, I do not plan to purchase from this company in the future.

cova 19 came about so I didnt take the coverage glad I didnt take it life is tight but the schools shut down didnt have much time to do any thing but I thought this would be good the j button works if you push it hard back light is crap and no touch screen

Always wanted!

This computer is a very fast working computer. It is wonderful for whenever you are in a hurry. I had to take it out of Windows S mode to download the software I needed for my school. Very easy to access and work everything. Loving this computer.
