I got this for my kids and it’s not even a year, it’s now completely dead and won’t turn on at all. It’s not even charging.

No replacement charger, bought 10+chargers and no luck

I use this when we travel so I can keep up with work. So slim, sleek and fast. Great computer!

I bought this after my desktop died and I honestly didnt know how much I could do on here but I was able to have 3 different Adobe programs and multiple video games and it still runs great. I highly suggest this computer if you need it for just basic needs like having the internet and for writing, but also for casual gamers.

Update #2: The speakers sucked to begin with, but now they are going out completely. Had this laptop less than a year.

2 Days Unpacked

Broke down on me after only 6 months of light use. Acer has a warranty, but makes you pay for shipping it (and insuring it) to Texas then takes *forever* to repair. Won’t restore your data either. I’ve been without a computer for 3 weeks now. I feel bamboozled. My last Acer Laptop broke down after 3 years. You’d think you’d get at least 5 years of use out of them. No longer will I support this company.

Im actually impressed by this laptops build quality, i have the silver one and it it BEAUTIFUL, the keyboard is amazing also, im a computer science student so i need to type a lot, and if you have to write a lot of code, or just type a lot id recommend this laptop to you, i dont have any complaints with the battery life. It boots up VERY fast with the ssd, like in 4 second. It does come with a little bloatware but you can uninstall it very easily
