Everything looks good or at least so far looks good, but I have a question about the lettering on Keyboard.

This is a junk product. Already having to contact Acer Support for assistance. The display has already gone out and Ive only had it for 6 weeks. Im really surprised that Amazon would associate themselves with a garbage product. Although the price is really good, you are investing in a junk product and Id suggest looking elsewhere for a laptop.

This was an absolute great buy! This does everything I need it to and more. Its functional, easy to use, screen quality is great. Im super pleased with this purchase.

like the keyboard lights up, my last laptop was over 10 years old

Nice size screen and great backlit keyboard.

I was impressed with mine. Although it has an issue with the trackpad not responding properly, but Im swapping it out for a new one, and Im excited about it getting here.

My wife needed a replacement laptop as her old one had become past its prime. This one had higher than average performance benchmarks in reviews and in the tech specs, so we thought we would give it a try. We got my son an Acer Spin and he has been thrilled with it. Bonus that this one is environmentally friendly. The people who are complaining about the letters r and e being backwards need to stop and think for a second. First, how hard is it to figure out. Second, it is a branding technique here. Just go with it and feel better about helping our environment just a tiny bit. Every tiny bit counts. Performance-wise, this laptop boots SUPER fast and is great in every way we have tried using it. I highly recommend it. My wife loved the Grey mouse that goes with it so we ordered that as well to match.

I use the product for teaching aviation ground schools. This is my third Acer computer and Ive had excellent service from the first two products. i WOULD HAVE GICVEN FIVE STARS BUT FOR THE KEYS THAT WERE INSTALLED BACKWARDS.

Last year I bought two small form factor (SFF) computes, an Intel NUC and a MinisForum Ryzen 9 equipped SFF computer. By the time I added RAM, operating system and hard drives, they were both past $1200. Why SFF computers? Because I have two nice monitors that I like to mount NUCs to via their VESA mounts on the back.

Just 3 months after the purchase and it falls off.
