Its a great device, the only thing is the volume, which needs to improve, have great color at this moment the computer work very well.

I utilize this laptop for productivity running Microsoft Office and Blue Beam, I dont really use the laptop monitor because I have external monitors using a docking station. Im still experimenting with deferent docking stations utilizing 2 32 and 1 27 monitors, 2 @ 2K and 1 @ 1080p. I dont use this for gaming, I do use the 27 monitor primarily for watching the news while I work. I use to have a Surfacebook, was loyal to Microsoft devices for years, this is my first Acer using on a daily basis, I like the performance I get out of this laptop compared to my Surface Book 3. The Surface Book it is a touch screen but since Im using external monitor I really dont need the touch screen.

We picked up this laptop for our remote employees to use when they come into the office once a week. Its great for our use case. Its very fast, light weight, and has a nice display. Very happy with it!

This was an absolute great buy! This does everything I need it to and more. Its functional, easy to use, screen quality is great. Im super pleased with this purchase.

I liked the overall design of this laptop. However, the screen quality was simply unacceptable. It looked like the screens from early 90s: blurry, with horrible refresh rate.

I like everything about this computer. I did want to have a back-lit keyboard. This one turns off after a few minutes of inactivity so I had to change that in the set up menu. The volume on the speakers could go up further but thats my only complaint

I honestly didnt want to buy another computer - really, I didnt! Theres something about me that has microprocessors shaking in their silicon...right before they go to the great recycler in the sky. Seeing as I have an all-in-one desktop, my old laptop was used for data storage and backup for the desk top. However, I signed up as a volunteer for an endangered youth hotline, and during orientation I found my desktop didnt meet the specifications needed. When I pulled my laptop out it needed an update but, for whatever reason, Microsoft could never get it to complete. I thought about all sorts of solutions, but finally decided I needed to replace my old laptop with something more up to date. Ill be honest, I looked at all sorts including military grade ones but this one...it intrigued me. So I looked into it furlrther. A computer made out of post consumer plastics? Really? But you know, it works and it works well.
