i ordered 2 of the same and i got 2 different chromebooks . R 11 . and an 11

Bought this for my wife, and she loves it. Solid, well made, responsive touch-screen - does what it is supposed to do seems likely to continue doing so.

I so far have had no issues with this laptop. I love that it’s interchangeable with how it can be positioned. I wish that it was iTunes and IPhone accessible simply for convienienc, but I understand why it isn’t. It’s super light and battery life is pretty great. I watch a lot of tv in bed with it!!

These little chromebooks pack a lot for the money when they are new, but they have a short shelf life. I am on my third Acer in 5 years and each has developed operating problems soon after the manufacturers warranty period ended. But when I used to buy more expensive laptops, they also developed problems after the first year or two. The cost of repairs or even the purchase of extended warranties can be nearly as much as the price of a new R-11, so until the technology takes a quantum leao, Ill just keep buying these or theit equivalent. They are fine for basic surfing, writing, and streaming, and my long term hardware cost averages out about the same.

I bought two of this chrome books for my 9 and 11 year old boys thinking they are not to expensive and for the use my kids were gonna get out of them. Well after a few months the charging ports and the chargers started giving trouble. I would recommend if you can and have the money, spent a little more on a better brand, but that’s probably gonna last longer than a few months.

I really loved this little thing. It was faster and so much more convenient than I expected it to be. Which is why it was a bummer when I tried plugging in headphones for the first time and audio came through only one headphone.

Amazing. The sensitivity is a little hard...but overall this is an awesome PC. I am impressed with the automatic updates as well as the graphics.

Had it for 2 weeks and it no longer works. Will need to return. Also found that the Chromebook could not access some sites. One was a rebate site. Had to use another computer to compete the rebate
