I love the touchscreen model! Convenient for day-to-day tasks and does not overheat. I frequently have many tabs open and it does not slow down. It has restarted the web browser from time-to-time however... It is very useful for putting Linux on it as well. Recommended!

I think this is the first 1 star review Ive given. Got this for my daughter for Christmas 2019. She loved it. Then the middle of August 2020 it stopped turning on. To make matters worse, the price of chromebooks have exploded in the last 6 months so now she has to do without one.

Worked great for my daughter until the charger went out. I have replaced 3 chargers and the last time the Chromebook charged then went to sleep permanently it will not turn on at all. I will be taking it to the repair shop tomorrow.

edit: after 3 years it stopped charging. it charges but it is very random. after a 100 unsuccessful attempts 101th might be your lucky number. then you have to try again when you need to recharge. otherwise it has been a good experience.

Will recommend,great device-fast,slim,vivid screan and flexible.My 9 years old has several chrome books and this one is the best by far.

I just needed a basic computer for emails and internet browser for work while I travel.

Wifes new Lenovo tablet died ...... Third one, we should have known better. This is a big step up and works as a tablet and a small computer.

Great chromebook, bought a second one for GF.

Been using it for about 10 days. After being charged overnight, its not powering on.

Its really neat and flexible but it freezes all the time, and that is sooooo frustrating. I think I might have to return soon. Its stressful especially when Im doing my school.
