Christmas present for my daughter 2 years ago and she’s still using it.

Bought in May 2017 quit working in August 2017. No return. ))))

I had never used Google Chrome OS before this purchase, but after learning the slight differences, I have been very pleased with the Chromebook. The display is very good and the battery has lasted all day for me (It could have gone longer). I have enjoyed the versatility of the Chromebook, which my laptop cannot offer. My only complaint is the keys on the keyboard are bigger than I am used to, so I frequently type gibberish. And, just like every other computer, there were some tricks to getting the Chromebook setup the way I wanted it. I did a lot of research before I bought this tablet and so far it has lived up to all the hype. I opted out for buying a case and made a tote out of a $10 purse and some batting, mainly because I didnt want to carry the book like a book, and I needed a place to put the power cord and the mouse I use.

i need to contact Acer as the touch screen stops working randomly.

Really liked this....had meant to click on a different product...but this error turned out to be just what I would love. Have traveled with it and it has been zero problems.

Love the battery life on this laptop, love that it’s touch screen & save the passwords. Much better than a Mac

Bought this Chromebook as a Christmas present for my daughter. The touchscreen quit working in February, a little over one month after she started using it. Since I had purchased it several weeks before Christmas it was no longer eligible for replacement by Amazon. Junk in my opinion. Last time I will buy any of their products.

The outside of the top is all dented up...barely take it out of the case...don’t jnow how to get them out.

I love this tablet. Its perfect for what I need!
