I love my Acer. Be sure you check before purchasing this the time line for updates. Once that time frame has expired, no updates will be granted. This is with any Chrome/laptop. Small size makes it easy to travel. You can use it as a touch screen and screen quality is amazing. I would definitely purchase this item again.

When the chromebooks first came out, I got a cheap one for about 100. It sucked and I sold it to a friend. I stayed away for years before I made this purchase. I love it. Battery last forever. It is light. Fits in the pocket in my padfolio. It does everything I need it to and more. One of the best purchases I have made. Use it for both school and work. Charge it at night and it lasts me through the day.

Just got the Chromebook today but Im running in to the same microphone issues as some other reviewers here and elsewhere on the internet. I tried messing around in the Dev mode to adjust the microphone sensitivity but nothing seems to work. Its like the gain is set to zero, so you can only get the loudest sounds.
