I ordered this because of the reviews which made it sound so wonderful. My family wants a second Chrome Book to share. Not as expected. Smaller screen then expected and not light weight. The mouse was not as responsive as my ASUS laptop. I felt it dragged a bit and for that reason I returned it today.

I choose this chrome book because of the weight and it’s touchscreen and it’s no regret, the item is as described, good price and I like it.

These little chromebooks pack a lot for the money when they are new, but they have a short shelf life. I am on my third Acer in 5 years and each has developed operating problems soon after the manufacturers warranty period ended. But when I used to buy more expensive laptops, they also developed problems after the first year or two. The cost of repairs or even the purchase of extended warranties can be nearly as much as the price of a new R-11, so until the technology takes a quantum leao, Ill just keep buying these or theit equivalent. They are fine for basic surfing, writing, and streaming, and my long term hardware cost averages out about the same.

I wasnt sure what to expect when I ordered this product. The packaging was adequate and it arrived on time. I was however disappointed it wasnt more like a laptop meaning that it didnt use any form of windows which is what I had been used to using. I did learn to use it and did enjoy it for different purposes than what I had originally intended. I mostly used it to stream videos and play games. For the last several months it has not been charging up even though it says it is charging. The only way I could use it was to leave it plugged in. Now it is turning off on me during use while plugged in. The chromebook is less than a year old purchased new in May of 2017. Very disappointed that I cant even mail it back for repairs due to the lithium battery.. Never buying another one.

purchased to replace clunky laptop for my mother who plays her facbook games and chats on line all the time. she absoulutly loves it and takes it everywhere with here

This is not the most intricate operating system in the world; however, I believed it would suffice for a 7th and 8th grader. The units are only used at home and they are fully capable of using a computer. There were no issues with the computer until about 4 months after the purchase.

I really enjoy this product small compact light weight no issues with it at all

Cannot say enough good things about my chromebook. The operating system is FAST as heck, the price point was spot on. The only thing this thing I have found this to not be good for is web and graphic designing. I design websites in my spare time and I need more power to get the job done. Other than that, I have no complaints with my chromebook.

Fantastic product, works great as a tablet as well as a laptop.
