I do like that it is small and fast, however, the issue is that you dont get the battery they promise unfortunately

Great buy! Has an amazing fast processor and memory. Screen feels much bigger than what 10in sounded like it would be. Lightweight, yet very well made and sturdy. Sleek white color is very hip for my teen. He absolutely loves his chrome book!

I love my laptop and I’m so happy with my purchase

This is my first time buying a Chromebook (for college) and I absolutely love it. Some things are difficult to get used to if you are coming from Windows or Apple OS (no caps lock...I cry). The maximum volume is unexpectedly high as well, great for people who listen to music or any audio a lot! Honestly, for this price, I think this is a total steal and I recommend it to anyone interested in a first Chromebook.

My son uses this chrome book for school projects. He loves it. No complaints thus far!

The computer has difficulty switching between tablet and computer. The screen continually flickers when trying to switch apps. The video is me trying to open Netflix. I just got this thing today & was really excited about it but this has been frustrating & disappointing. Maybe its a fixable bug? I havent ran into much issues at all with other Google products but this doesnt seem to be following that trend.

Bought this Chromebook as a Christmas present for my daughter. The touchscreen quit working in February, a little over one month after she started using it. Since I had purchased it several weeks before Christmas it was no longer eligible for replacement by Amazon. Junk in my opinion. Last time I will buy any of their products.
