I like Chromebooks and a touchscreen version is even better. The touch pad does not work at times and it does not always recognize a mouse. Cool

I only received this item recently. It came really quickly and was packed well. This is my first time working with a chrome operating system so I am still learning how to do things differently. So far I like it. I am giving it 4 stars because when I plug it in to charge the plug is loose and falls out easily.

Excellent Chromebook -- nice large (for the size of laptop) screen, responsive touchscreen, and reasonably fast processor power. Slightly basic build quality, but for the price thats completely understandable.

I owned a venerable 2013 Acer C720 and wanted to upgrade to a touchscreen Android enable Chromebook. The C720 was a great machine but was ready for a better screen, the touch experience as well as the Android integration. I first bought the new Samsung Plus but returned it for the following reasons: Flawed track pad, weak speakers and under powered processor. I then chose the R11 and report that it has been flawless on all fronts. Despite some people complaining about the track pad, it works fine as long as you use tap to select rather than click to select. Speakers are plenty loud and the processor is MUCH more powerful than the Samsungs. At a fraction of the price this little beast is a winner. Just make sure you buy the 4 gigs of Ram, seems like most complaints are always focused on the 2 gig model. Android integration has a few bugs to iron out but for its a good start.

This is not the most intricate operating system in the world; however, I believed it would suffice for a 7th and 8th grader. The units are only used at home and they are fully capable of using a computer. There were no issues with the computer until about 4 months after the purchase.

I had wanted an inexpensive laptop for online use, and I was initially pleased with this one, given its reasonable price. My impressions on the construction, keyboard feel, and display were highly favorable. The tiny, tinny speakers leave some to be desired, but with Bluetooth connectivity I can easily send the audio to a better system.
