horrible investment

It worked great for a while but then the wifi, touchscreen, and chrome stopped working. I can do some things, but i can no longer watch movies or join video calls on my computer. with the times were in, it is essential that i join zoom meetings and such but now i cant.

First one that they shipped was obviously defective, super slow and speakers were garbled.

Battery cant fully charged after 3 months of usage. Max. charge is 88%.

Love the battery life on this laptop, love that it’s touch screen & save the passwords. Much better than a Mac

edit: after 3 years it stopped charging. it charges but it is very random. after a 100 unsuccessful attempts 101th might be your lucky number. then you have to try again when you need to recharge. otherwise it has been a good experience.

The sound stopped working after 1 YR. I tried all of the recommended troubleshooting. Nothing has fixed the problem. Acer asked for $160 jut to investigate the case. I will be buying a diffrent one.

Got spoiled with Apple products, but but this is pretty good. Not many complaints....nice little unit. Find the trackpad a bit stiff.....have to push hard to click. I also miss the back-lit keyboard.

The touchscreen stopped working about 8 months ago, and the keyboard stops working sometimes. And recently the battery life has been not lasting long at all.

I ordered one, the touch pad failed to work consistently. Two replacements had the same problem all in 4 weeks. Great warranty from Prime!
