Great budget CPU with medium level performance that will suit a general consumer/user no problem. Current CPU temperature on idle with an Arctic 33 Esports Cooler is consistently lower than 30 degrees Celsius.

If you can get it for the original 85$ price dont think twice unless youre running a high refresh rate monitor this thing will run anything you throw at it without any issue

they were great

At $85 its a great processor but at $100 you might as well get the 2600 for twenty more. The 2600 comes out of the box with higher clock speeds and is more overclock-able.

PC running great with this processor

Beastly Bang for the Buck. Paired it with an EVGA GTX 1660 Super 6Gb. 60+ fps on Ultra w/ most new games no prob. 60+ fps on High Settings on ALL Triple-A Games. Playing on my new 27 Samsung 144Hz/1440p Monitor. Glorious.

Paired this up with a new 1030 Ti video card, 32 gigs of DDR4 ram and an X570 board and it makes a very nice entry level gamer at an affordable price.

Dead on arrival. Mobo ez debug cpu led was lit. Reseated it and tried only one stick of ram, and it refused to POST. Return policy is bad, taking a restocking fee even though the product is defective.
