AMD Ryzen 5 1600 65W AM4 Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler (YD1600BBAFBOX)

For the price I bought it $100 usd, this chip has preformed great, it’s overlocked well( yours may not) and can tear through all workloads I give it. However for just gaming I’d say get a 3100 or 3300x as it’s much quicker for that, and with 5000 series out the 3000 series chips should drop in price next year so I’d hold off unless you need this now.

I was amazed for my 85.00 on how this performed.It overclocked well.I have mine at 4.1 ghz and its at 41C.If you are looking at upgrading your system.Or just a good performing cpu this is for you.you dont need to look any further.you wont find a better value out their.this is a great processor period.

Cheap af works amazing

easy install, use it for everyday use not for gaming, a bit of fan noise but you get used to it.

this is far more effective than i expected, 6 cores for %80+ USD is very generous

There is in my opinion not much to write about CPUs except to throw out a bunch of benchmark numbers. Benchmarks are tests performed under very specific, to me, meaningless conditions.

Look no further if you are building any kind of budget build. You wont find this performance anywhere near this price elsewhere.

Opened it up and looked at the pins and there was 2 bent pins
