Great for gaming, but runs very hot. I would recommend getting some extra case fans or buying a better cooler than the stock one. Works very well though.

Arrived early, and works fine. You should know that this processor doesnt support motherboard graphics. Youll need a separate video card. Gamers use video cards anyway, so no big deal. On a work computer, not requiring major graphics, it would normally use the video output off the motherboard.

Fast, super fast

this is a great choice for a budget build at only 85 dollars this thing is amazing, pair it with an rx 580 and you got 60 fps on max settings

This is far and away a good deal, no one has this price/performance. Extremely good chip

This cpu for 85 dollars is just a ryzen 2600x

If your thinking of building a budget pc, this is the way to go

July 2021 - At $150 they are far less valuable. I would just go for a sub $200 3600 if you can get one. This is a great chip (for $85 a piece what I paid in 2020) and I have four systems in the house paired with these but in 2021 for $150 I would shop at least Zen2 3000 series. If these drop down to $100 or less then yes I would recommend. Even on Intel they have a the 10400F which is a great buy.
