AMD Ryzen 5 1600 65W AM4 Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler (YD1600BBAFBOX)

If your on a budget ant this processor is at 85 dollars if you pass on picking it up for a build your a fool!

Use in a new build (Linux mint 19.3) - an upgrade from a 1055T. Its FAST. Id have bought it last year when it was still below $100.

Working beautiful, did a benchmark stock and its just below the R5 2600. Did a very lightly overclock all cores @ 3.8Ghz and it demolishes the R5 2600. And the best is that it was only $85.

Great for gaming, value for the money, can be for beginners or anyone that wants a simple build! Easy to install!

Probably not the best value considering I got it for 105-ish bucks but it runs superbly up to 4.2 ghz with an aftermarket cooler at 1.3-ish volts for me. Got it to 3.9ghz with stock cooler but it ran up to 90C (not rlly comfortable with that)

Nice budget processor. Great for almost all tasks. Runs cool & does not draw too much power.

I can confirm this is a 12nm ryzen 5 1600. it’s basically a ryzen 5 2600. It is a little overpriced right now but compared to other cpu prices, this is good for your buck and definitely good for gaming, video editing, etc...

This is an $85 CPU being marked up near 100% by 3rd parties. Do not buy; do not support the ridiculous practice of buying up and hoarding stock so they can sell at astronomical prices. Wait for the next refresh rumored to hit soon with the 3100x, so prices can drop back down again,
