> 3 dayThese personal A/C are fragile and easily burnt out. If you barely spill a little water on them they short out. Major product flaw for something you put water in. It has happened to me twice.

Greater than one weekI got it before it dropped to 3 stars but at most you will point this at yourself while you sleep and get cool air. Dont expect cold air or it to cool your bedroom even if its closet size. I add ice cubes all the time and blast it on turbo mode to feel anything. would i recommend you pick this up? Nah, save and get a window unit. or buy a 5-10 gallon bag of ice put it in a bucket and place a box fan on top.

> 3 daySo 2.0 version is quieter, but this is only due to the fact that the fan on high is no longer as strong. High is now equivalent to LOW on the version prior. Also, there STILL is no option to turn the lights OFF! There is a night light that still shines in my eyes at night on my nightstand, keeping me awake. The other lights are even brighter than the previous version. We dont need to pay an extra $20 for a fan that barely blows and fancy lights that blind ya. Also, the air filter felt is less than half the other versions. I have allergies, and when though this is just a fancy fan, I NEED the air filter. Stick to the ORIGINAL version and price!

> 3 dayTldr: its just a fan that doesnt blow hot air on a hot night. cool air, not freezing on tap water. Put a bottle in the tank to make it last longer than 3 hours. I have a 1 sq feet room. On a usual night around summer time my room is hot and humid enough to build sweat on the body part laying on the bed. It takes about 1 hour of cold tap water to lower the room temp enough so I dont sweat on the bed but I still feel kind of sticky. The seller claims that the product can shoot a water mist for 10 hours but in 1 hour on high mist it has already used up 1/3 of the water tank. Even if I set it to low mist I highly doubt it would last 10 hours. Thats why I put a bottle in the tank to supply water by cutting a half inch hole on the side of the cap. Now thats 10 hours! Its also a bad idea to step out of the room since it immedeality resets the cooling process, 1 hour wasted. So if you gotta pee or you farted too much, turning your room into a room of death... suffer or stay cool. The choice is yours.... well. I mean you can always point the air at yourself for maximum effect which ultimately keeps you cool throughout the usage but I dont like having an air flow at me when Im sleeping, I always wake up with a headache. I give it 3 stars because it does work but its not mind blowing. perfect if youre a cheapskate and you dont mind being a little sticky.

> 3 dayIts great. I bought two - one for my computer desk as the computer room gets hotter than the rest of the house and one for my husbands desk out in the garage. Only had them a couple of days, but so far, GREAT!
