> 3 day....Unless you live in Arizona where the the heat is very dry. Unit sprays out water and mist, just what you dont want when its humid. The tank on my unit leaked and never really blew cold air even after I froze the cartridge overnight. Account says I have until June 27th to return it but the system is not allowing me to at this point.

> 3 dayThis is certainly not quiet. If youre sitting within about 2 to 5 feet of it, it works well. Thats why I give it two stars. It might work well for a small cubicle or office (aside from the noise). We placed it in our living room near the couch and I dont feel any air and have to turn the TV up really loud to hear anything. I wouldnt buy again.

> 3 dayThis is a great cooler!! It works especially well if youre at your office desk and it feels a little warm in your office. I get hot easily so my need for cool air is constant. I work with someone and we share a desk; but it only cools me and doesnt effect the other person. I reiterate what has been said before; it will not cool off a whole room. In general, it works well if you are going to be sitting or just being in one place for a long period of time such as a desk or maybe watching TV. Although the information on the product says you dont have to refill it for 10 hours; Ive noticed that every 4 to 5 hours it gets a little low and I have to put a little more water in it. But, due to the size, obviously the water requirements are very light. A small to medium-sized cup usually serves the purpose. Another feature not mentioned in the info of this product is that it can run on a power bank. It uses a USB C connection; so, if you either dont have easy access to an outlet or want to see if you can save electricity, just purchase a USB cable with a USB C connection that will plug into a power bank. Of course, there is the wall adapter option as well. A third up side is the ability to remove the cartridge, soak with water and chill it in your freezer. There is a noticeable increasing in cooling when I do this. I would recommend it as long as you remember that it will only cool off a small space such as your desk or your bed.

> 3 daymy air conditioner in my apartment has been out for 2.5 weeks. supposedly they ordered a new A/C unit to replace ours, but it still hasnt been replaced. luckily it had been cool enough outside to crack the window to let some air in at night and i could get some sleep. it is the end of november but still 80+ degrees F in florida. i bought this out of desperation to help me get some sleep. i would absolutely recommend this to anyone who needs some relief. it definitely is not strong enough to cool my whole apartment, but it is perfect for me to get some rest and have by my bed and feel comfortable. i made sure to freeze the filter before the first use, as well as put ice and cold water from the fridge in the reservoir. this works perfectly for helping you cool down in a warm situation where a regular fan isnt cutting it. it is worth buying as an inexpensive option, but obviously is not as good as an A/C unit that costs a couple hundred bucks. i have the tshirt rag under it as the foam feet on the bottom left tiny scuffs on my table and i wanted to prevent more. the scuffs came off with water and a paper towel, so no big deal

Greater than one weekI live in Southern Louisiana and I have a very small , cramped bathroom that gets unbearably hot during the summer months. A pregular fan wasn’t helping at all and I wanted to try something different , but cost effective . This little a/c is perfect . I wet the filter then pop it in the freezer for about 15 mins and then add ice water into the basin and I’m able to shower and get ready for work comfortably ! It’s a simple , cost efficient way to cool down the small room . !

> 3 dayMy Venti fan works better than this. It doesn’t cool like advertised or even close to advertised. You can make an ice chest swamp cooler that works better

> 3 dayI found a lot of mixed reviews here but I took the chance on an item that could be a gimmick. I have not tested in the summer yet but initial test show that it could possible keep my person cool in the very small office I have. I do not think this will do anything in an average bedroom unless blowing directly on you. I have another small fan in my office and when both on high, they make about the same noise. The air is cooler than a regular fan. Condensation does buildup on the front so I will likely have to place a small towel underneath but if it works as I expect in the summer time, that will be worth it. This is not an air conditioning unit but it is a nifty item that will come in handy on the hot days stuck in my office.
