Its good to know I have dependable source for fire if needed perfect size it works in all weather conditions if you love spending time outside its a must haves..

Lots of ferrocium rod!! 8×1/2 with its own scraper and lanyard. The scraper has a recess to turn 8 mm nuts and you can measure up to 50 mm on the side.

Throws great sparks helping to get fast ignition.....which is what it is supposed to do. Well worth the money.

Have not taken it into the outdoors yet, but cut some wood curls in the fire place and struck up a quick flame with minimal effort. Used both the striker and the back of my knife and both produce plenty of sparks. Shipped quick to boot.

Not much else to say, except to parrot what everyone else has said. It works just like you see in the video clips. The scraper they supply works incredibly well, the spine of my knife not as well but would still work in a pinch. Worth the money to me

This thing will really throw the sparks. I have the 1/2 version, works very nice using the attached striker. Also note the 1/2 uses an elastic shock cord type material to attach the striker, which is very nice. Excellent quality.

Great tool works great better to use a knife back to strike then striker that came with it but all around a great tool and dose work I tried it one time one fire so yea I would buy again I would like to make some kind of grip for it

Good size. Striker works well as does back of knife. Lots of spark.
