Greater than one weekThis plug is hand vacuum is so much more powerful than any cordless hand vacuum I have ever owned. It is light weight. The electric cord is very long which is another excellent feature. I will not buy a cordless vacuum again.

Greater than one weekThe Bissell Cleanview Deluxe Corded Handheld Vacuum is a life saver. Ive made a grand mess installing computer cables in my home. Im working from home forever now so I had to create a permanent home office. Well in order to telework you must have internet like DUH! My temporary office was the dinning room table. Now that working from home is my new normal I needed a dedicated home office with internet. So I drilled through a number of walls so I could snake the internet cables behind the walls unseen. Cables running out in the open are ugly to me. Drilling through drywall results in fine white powdery dust that gets everywhere. I used my new Bissell Cleanview Deluxe Corded Handheld Vacuum to clean up all the dust before it had time to spread. The Bissell Cleanview Deluxe Corded Handheld Vacuum sucked all the dust powder from my stone floors. Only a lite powder that was easily wiped away remained. This is NOT a wet dry vac but for cleaning dry dirt its awesome. It is loud but what good vacuum isnt. It is not heavy but has many attachments that are easily swapped out. This vacuum could never replace a full size room vac but is great for spot cleaning and dry spills.

> 3 day1) Reviews noting the weird placement of the vents are 1000% right. The air blows any dust that might be in front of the vac all around. You cannot use this as a handy little dust devil to clean up small messes unless you use the hose attachment or McGuyver something up like some other reviewers 2) DEFINITELY BUY THIS FOR PET HAIR! This has been amazing at getting my tuxedo Cat’s hair off of every textile she passes by. It only took a couple of passes to clean up her favorite soft velvet seat, which has been a nightmare with other hand vacs and power roller attachments from my regular floor vacs. 3) The rubber nozzle is absolutely genius. It has openings on both sides, so when vacuuming flowy textiles like blankets and curtains, it doesn’t jam up but actually removes the hair. Also let’s you hold the vac “upside down” if that’s an easier angle for your hand. 4) This was the very best corded hand vac I’ve tried, and I don’t even consider cordless because Cat gets around the apartment and there’s no way one charge would be enough and corded is way more reliable to me. 5) Cleaning the canister and filter of collected debris was pretty straightforward like on most bagless vacs. Summary: buy this vacuum to get pet hair off textiles, but not for general vacuuming needs.

> 3 dayI use this for my car. The rubber attachment is really good at picking up pet hair and the hose is small enough to get between the tight spots. Suction power is better than I expected.

> 3 dayI needed to replace my handheld vacuum. I was open to buying either a cordless one or one with a cord. I didnt have a strong preference, either way. I luv that it has a long cord (18 foot) & a HEPA filter. The suction is ok & its easy to empty.

> 3 dayI am a review reader and was concerned about a few conflicting reviews on suction, also the outflow air blowing everything away before you could vacuum it up. I am not really having the same issues. I am using this in a fifth wheel to keep things from going south between trips home. I love it for this use. Our floors are half wood, half carpet and this does the job. The suction is very very strong. The attachments do all of the basics quite well. The only place it cannot reach is to the back of the rear couch, because nothing can really reach behind it. The cord is plenty long but I have outlets all over, so. But I don’t need to switch outlets except to change rooms. The outflow air is definitely strong like the suction. And sure, they could have changed the design with slanted louvres, or something to that effect. But being a bit mindful of which way I hold it seems to do the trick, and I haven’t had much problem with it, if any. The molded attachments seem sturdy, although the nose cup clips on with not too much of a “clip” which makes me think that too many ons and offs when emptying the debris cup will eventually wear away the “clip”. But not something I know yet so I’m just enjoying it. The vacuum so far is pretty much exactly what I wanted it to be.

Greater than one weekI carefully read all the reviews of similar items to this one and am delighted I made the right choice. I got it today, read through the instructions, tested out how to take apart the bin, filters and attachments and gave it a whirl. What a great little vacuum! The price is excellent. Was astounded how much it picked up on the stairs and it took 2 times to empty the dust bin in between. The rubberized front is surprisingly good for pet hair; I thought it would get full of hair and need cleaning itself but it really loosens the dirt and hair without getting clogged at all. About the complaints of the venting on the sides and the handle being on the top: I love that the handle is on the top because I can direct the vacuum and bear down on it to get exactly the spot I want. And if not side vents, where? I loved my Shark hand vac but it died after a couple years of hard use. It vented out the back which sometimes hurt. Whatever the Bissell blows around on the stairs or the floor is what I want to vacuum anyway...so the dirt can run but it cant hide. If there are papers nearby or whatever, Ill just make sure the vents dont blow in that direction. Pretty easy to manage. Its so light and its pleasant to be able to see when the bin needs emptying. I like the double regular/hepa filter. I got a Dyson stick vac but a little part broke off. We havent had it repaired yet...it was expensive! Bissell is my new fave.
