> 3 dayI purchase this exact model in August 2014. It has great suction even when full. I used it to clean my vechicles, between my couches, pick up dust when I sweep, when I am drilling holes in concret I use it by the holes while drilling and to clean my cupboards. I loan it to my cousin and his car was stolen with it in the trunk. So I did not hesitate in making another purchase. It is worth every dollar and more. I never replace the filter. I usually take it out regularly and knock out the dust. Note if you are using it to pick up concret dust and it cut off. Unplug, allow it to cool and clean the filter. Concret dust usually block the filter causing the motor to over heat. And it cut off but never burns the motor. I may buy another soon :) because my mom always want to use it. Lol

> 3 daySmall, compact, easy to handle, awesome suction. I purchased for vacuuming the shelves in our garage. They get dusty very quickly and this made short work of the job. I only intend to use it with the extension tube and nozzle, but had mo problem in using it with out despite some previously negative reviews. I am pleased

Greater than one weekThis is absolutely worth every single penny. We clean our carpet/stairs pretty regularly, but clearly by the picture a lot was being left behind. I’m both appalled and amazed by the amount of cat hair and general debris this thing picks up. Buy it! You won’t be disappointed.

> 3 dayOk. This is only the 2nd review Ive ever written, but felt I needed to. I was skeptical of this vacuum after reading some of the negative reviews. In fact, so much that along with it I bought a tape lint remover and extra rolls. When the vacuum showed up I decided to give it a go. I have a futon and bought a black cover for the mattress so itd match my interior. I have a lamb retriever with redish brown hair. The dude sheds a lot. More so than I thought seeing how much more the hair shows up on the black cover. I tried my shark vacuum with the pet hair attachment that I thought previously worked rather well. Not so much on this black cover. I had to pick up a lint tape roll. It worked better than the vacuum but each time I went through a lot of tape. I fired this thing up with the default rubber attachment on it. One swipe and I was completely amazed. I proceeded to clean the whole thing. Took me less than 5 minutes. I couldnt believe how well it worked! Lots of suction! It completely removed the hair! It was really easy to open the canister to empty it too. No trouble at all. I cant understand where some reviews say they cant use it as a regular hand vac because the vents blow down. Mine appears to blow out both sides. Besides it came with multiple attachments including a decent length hose where if the air did blow down I cant see how it would pose the issues called out in some of the negative reviews if the hose was attached. It worked far better than anything Ive used to date. I packed the lint remover tape dispenser away along with the extra roll replacements. I may just send them back. My experience was no where near that of the negative reviews Ive read. At least for me in my experience, this thing is amazing. Thats why I felt the need to review it.

> 3 dayI got this specifically for vacuuming around my cats litter box. It does a great job and the hose is long enough to reach all around it without moving anything. The HEPA filter prevents any litter dust from getting pumped into the air by the vacuum and its small and portable enough I can dedicate it to the task and keep my normal vacuum cleaner.

> 3 dayI like the size and the suction for dog hair. The carpet attachment is good. I also like the long electric cord. You really need the separate side air deflectors. The other attachments are good. The only negative is when you push on the side deflectors, it makes it impossible to store the unit and attachments in the box and Im afraid of losing some attachments. I now need to buy some type of container to store everything. It would be better if the deflectors were included with the vacuum.

> 3 dayHad a friend coming to stay for a few days who is allergic to cats. We planned for my cat to stay away by being kept in another room, but there was still the matter of her hair all over the living room furniture. I had not vacuumed the furniture in months. One thorough pass with this vacuum was all that was needed. My friend didn’t even need to take the Benadryl she brought with her.

> 3 dayI carefully read all the reviews of similar items to this one and am delighted I made the right choice. I got it today, read through the instructions, tested out how to take apart the bin, filters and attachments and gave it a whirl. What a great little vacuum! The price is excellent. Was astounded how much it picked up on the stairs and it took 2 times to empty the dust bin in between. The rubberized front is surprisingly good for pet hair; I thought it would get full of hair and need cleaning itself but it really loosens the dirt and hair without getting clogged at all. About the complaints of the venting on the sides and the handle being on the top: I love that the handle is on the top because I can direct the vacuum and bear down on it to get exactly the spot I want. And if not side vents, where? I loved my Shark hand vac but it died after a couple years of hard use. It vented out the back which sometimes hurt. Whatever the Bissell blows around on the stairs or the floor is what I want to vacuum anyway...so the dirt can run but it cant hide. If there are papers nearby or whatever, Ill just make sure the vents dont blow in that direction. Pretty easy to manage. Its so light and its pleasant to be able to see when the bin needs emptying. I like the double regular/hepa filter. I got a Dyson stick vac but a little part broke off. We havent had it repaired yet...it was expensive! Bissell is my new fave.
