> 3 dayI like the size and the suction for dog hair. The carpet attachment is good. I also like the long electric cord. You really need the separate side air deflectors. The other attachments are good. The only negative is when you push on the side deflectors, it makes it impossible to store the unit and attachments in the box and Im afraid of losing some attachments. I now need to buy some type of container to store everything. It would be better if the deflectors were included with the vacuum.

09-06-2025The Bissell Cleanview Deluxe Corded Handheld Vacuum is a life saver. Ive made a grand mess installing computer cables in my home. Im working from home forever now so I had to create a permanent home office. Well in order to telework you must have internet like DUH! My temporary office was the dinning room table. Now that working from home is my new normal I needed a dedicated home office with internet. So I drilled through a number of walls so I could snake the internet cables behind the walls unseen. Cables running out in the open are ugly to me. Drilling through drywall results in fine white powdery dust that gets everywhere. I used my new Bissell Cleanview Deluxe Corded Handheld Vacuum to clean up all the dust before it had time to spread. The Bissell Cleanview Deluxe Corded Handheld Vacuum sucked all the dust powder from my stone floors. Only a lite powder that was easily wiped away remained. This is NOT a wet dry vac but for cleaning dry dirt its awesome. It is loud but what good vacuum isnt. It is not heavy but has many attachments that are easily swapped out. This vacuum could never replace a full size room vac but is great for spot cleaning and dry spills.

> 3 dayAfter just using it a couple times I can say this is one powerful machine. Easy to clean. Way better than the handheld vacs of the old days. Saves your back doing carpeted stairs and efficient for getting around in the car thanks to attachments.

> 3 dayThere are very few things Ive purchased that I rave about. But this is one. Ive owned about ten small handheld vacuums, and about 100 larger vacuum cleaners over my lifetime (literally, thanks to my Xs and teenage daughters ignoring my pleas not to suck up furniture, clothing items, entire wire spools, etc. into the vacuum. Bad for the motor). The small ones I generally used for my office (I was high ranking enough to have an office, but low enough not to have it vacuumed more than yearly), small apartments, cars, furniture, etc. By FAR this is the best. Dont be put off because it doesnt have a rotating brush--these just are bombs looking to explode. At a minimum they break often, and get stuck, and by the time you smell the awful burning aroma, the motor is cooked. This has plenty of power. The variety of attachments is imaginative and useful. The funniest use Ive had for it was vacuuming my profoundly deaf cat. To her, it the vibrations just felt like a purr, and even after a flea treatment and combing, it pulled a few fleas out which I could see in the clear filter. Forget the chargeable ones. They work well for about 5 minutes. Like any other vacuum, this will only work as well as you keep the screen and filters clean, so dont let them get too clogged. Theyre easy to remove and shake the debris out of, so its plus, plus, plus in my book.

> 3 dayI carefully read all the reviews of similar items to this one and am delighted I made the right choice. I got it today, read through the instructions, tested out how to take apart the bin, filters and attachments and gave it a whirl. What a great little vacuum! The price is excellent. Was astounded how much it picked up on the stairs and it took 2 times to empty the dust bin in between. The rubberized front is surprisingly good for pet hair; I thought it would get full of hair and need cleaning itself but it really loosens the dirt and hair without getting clogged at all. About the complaints of the venting on the sides and the handle being on the top: I love that the handle is on the top because I can direct the vacuum and bear down on it to get exactly the spot I want. And if not side vents, where? I loved my Shark hand vac but it died after a couple years of hard use. It vented out the back which sometimes hurt. Whatever the Bissell blows around on the stairs or the floor is what I want to vacuum anyway...so the dirt can run but it cant hide. If there are papers nearby or whatever, Ill just make sure the vents dont blow in that direction. Pretty easy to manage. Its so light and its pleasant to be able to see when the bin needs emptying. I like the double regular/hepa filter. I got a Dyson stick vac but a little part broke off. We havent had it repaired yet...it was expensive! Bissell is my new fave.

> 3 dayWorks well. Sturdy. But the side blower blows away hair - especially on steps.

> 3 dayThis is absolutely worth every single penny. We clean our carpet/stairs pretty regularly, but clearly by the picture a lot was being left behind. I’m both appalled and amazed by the amount of cat hair and general debris this thing picks up. Buy it! You won’t be disappointed.
