BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus, 3588F, Upright Deep Cleaner

I like the separate spot sprayer. I watched Youtube videos before purchasing. Serves my purpose of my cat making occasional mess on carpet, and general cleaning of carpet. Easy to take apart and put back together.

Easy to use. I have pets and it comes in handy.

I bought this to replace the older version Id had for almost 7 years. Im happy to see a more robust and easier to remove suction area. I vacuumed the areas in two directions before trying to clean them. Stopped suction after the vacuum sound changed dramatically through the first tank. Removed suction nozzle, checked grate under dirty water tank, found no obsctuctions. Tried again with no success. Let it sit for a while, and it finally started sucking up water again. Filled the tank a second time, and the same thing happened a quarter of a the way through the tank. A change in sound from the vacuum followed by no suction. Very disappointed with the reliability on this machine.

I bought this one cleaned it all the time. It broke 3 weeks later. Now I have the bissel pro heat and it seems much better but I noticed in small writing that you have to change the belts around every 3 months.

I received this and began cleaning my basement carpets. Unfortunately the hose attachments did not work whatsoever. I followed the Bissel troubleshooting video, and could not find the problem. The hose is made of very cheap plastic so I can see how it might break or tear easy. its kind of bizarre it would be made so cheaply on a machine like this. Other wise the machine was fine , but you need to follow the video instructions online. the instruction manual is weak. There was also a hose attachment for stairs that was not included in my package. I had to return mine, unfortunately.

This carpet cleaner was very easy to assemble. I did the deep clean. My carpet is a very thick plush pile. It took over night for some areas to dry but it is spotless and smells fresh. Looks like new.

I absolutely love the power of this carpet cleaner!! Its very easy to use, light weight, does not take up a lot of storage, and its very easy to clean. The problem is that the dirty tank does not hold a lot at all. If youre doing a deep clean, you will need to empty the tank after about 3ft x 3ft section. It took me 3 hours to do my living room and office area and I swear I spent about 40 minutes of that dumping the dirty water. Its full at about 1/3 of the tank. I actually thought it broke on me the first time I had to empty it because it wasnt even half way full and it stop sucking up water. Then I looked at where the full line was. For a product that works so well, Im disappointed that they couldnt come up with a way to lessen the time you have to take to empty it. My Bissell spotbot hold more dirty water, if that gives you a better idea. Over all, if youre not doing a huge deep clean, this is the perfect cleaner. But, if youre like me and have 3 kids and 2 cats, go with a bulkier version that can hold more.

This was a much needed replacement. My little guy was sick shortly after getting it and moving into a new place. So glad I had this for a quick clean up.
