> 3 dayI was worried about the size as the 3.78 inch bore of the 5.3 is on the edge of the range listed for this product. It did a great job and I was very happy with the results. I used motor oil as lubricant and did about 10 in out passes. Make sure to go slow on rpm and fast on the in out to try to get the 45 degree cross hatch.

> 3 dayThis honing brush is easy to use, is high quality and worked just as described. You do need to ensure you move at a quick and consistent pace to get a good cross hatch. I recommend this tool for anyone looking to refresh and engine.

> 3 dayDid a good job on a Kawasaki lawn mower engine that had issues from water in the cylinder. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

> 3 dayWorks great! Not as deep cutting as honing tool with stones. Used this as a starter and finisher. Leaves a great finish! I used this on my 2.5L Subaru

> 3 dayIt has a large surface area for big or small jobs. Great looking quality. Balls did not easily chip in shipping as some hones do.

> 3 dayTechnique for a ball hone is easily found online but it would have been reassuring to have the instructions directly from manufacturer. It worked as I expected and should last a long time.
