> 24 hourI asked the seller before purchasing if it was compatible with chrome book. They said yes. Also the description states its a fax. It isnt. Not compatible with chrome book and it doesnt fax. These are the two reasons I bought it. Its useless to me. The seller has been very good. Quick response. Sent label to send free to me. I am impressed with the seller except they gave wrong information. The seller was great. Sent prepaid label. Refunded quickly. Thank you

> 24 hourVery disappointing to receive this product and speak with a technical person, only to find out that they are selling a contract for activation. It was described as required even though I said my computer is new, and had never had any printer hook ups with problems before.

> 24 hourIf you live in the US do Not buy this printer. Cannon Model number TS3420, this printer is made for Canada only. This was a huge hassle and ended in a return. Cannon Model number TS3420 has no warranty registration or support in the US. Cannon US customer service told me to return it. I went to a Cannon MG3620 it did a fantastic job with the same options.

> 24 hourThe printer is a nice inexpensive option for users who do not have a high frequency for printing or a need for high quality. Very easy to install and operate. However, the cartridges do not last very long. I have had my printer for about 6 months and I have gone through 2 sets of cartridges. Replacements are around $50.

> 24 hourI have only attempted to print. It printed with decent results but slow and seems to pull extra pages through. I have not tried any other functions. The single thing I don’t like is it turns itself off. I have not researched whether there is a way to change it. Every time I want to print I have to turn it on again. A little inconvenient, but I can work around it. Just found the instruction to disable the auto shutoff! Very happy now!

> 24 hourIn order to set-up ones printer with Canon, you need to enter a product number. I entered the number that was on the box and the top of the printer. Canon did not recognze that product number. I contacted customer service and was informed that I needed to create an account. In order to create an acccount through My Canon, it needed to recognize the product number. Obviously, I could not set-up the necessary account. I made several more calls to customer service, one of the calls I was transferred to My Canon without my permission, when I finally talked to a lovely lady in customer service. She stated basically that she needed to find someone who could help me. At that point, I thanked her and expressed my interest in a HP printer. In one order, I purchased my first and last Canon product. If anyone who has purchased this product and was able to connect it to your printer. I am just curious how you did it.

> 24 hourDo not buy if you plan to install inside the U.S. When I called for helping installing the automated phone system it did not recognize the model number. When going on line for installing instructions the model number was not on the list of possible printers. It may be a great printer but was not able to get to the point of deciding if I liked it or not. I didnt know how to answer all the 5star questions.
