This has been the best messenger bag Ive ever owned. The quality is top notch and after six months of heavy abuse it looks as good as day one. Just wipe it down with a damp cloth. Plenty of room too, fits 15 laptop, books, thermos etc... Think this will last for years!

A really nice bag for air travel. Bought this to be the personal item in addition to a carry on. Held laptop, iPad and lot of other electronic gear (spare lithium batteries for one) that needed to stay out of a checked bag. Medium is a large bag, glad to not have bought the Large, would have been too big for a second carry-on bag I bet.

I really like almost everything about this bag. It seems like it has more storage since the laptop is stored in a separate compartment on the back of the bag instead of inside the main compartment like many bags tend to do. So the main compartment is freed up for whatever junk you want to throw in there. I usually carry my laptop power cable, a few books, cell phone and charger, wallet, Kindle, and a few other miscellaneous things and I have more than enough room for everything. I also feel very confident that nothing will fall out of the bag. The bag is designed with extra material near the top folds to prevent anything from slipping out.

I bought this because I was tired of carrying my equipment around for work in a backpack and wanted something more professional. This works perfect! Keeps my recording equipment secure and gives me that professional look I love!

Great bag. I had a small Commute but found that the medium has all the room I need. Laptop easily fits as well as all necessary cords. I keep some extra scrubs that I need at work in the bag. Good organization. I love leather bags but ones that are as big as this and hold as much stuff are extremely heavy on the shoulders. This is a nice weight bag with a great adjustable strap.

this thing is fantastic. I recently started commuting via bus and bought this bag to take my laptop to and from work along with my lunch, a raincoat, and a couple of other assorted small items. I have never run out of space, the bag looks just as good as it did the day I took it out of the box, it is comfortable to wear, and it is subdued enough to appropriately fit in to any work environment.
