Commute Messenger Bag

Do not buy a new Timbuk2 bag. The cam buckle opens while youre biking or even walking. The bag will drop down and you will have to readjust it constantly. This is poor design.

I like this bag, however, the Velcro strips are a bit noisy.

Love, Love this Bag. I have the larger version for my 17 Laptop, but wanted a smaller one for my iPad. The quality in the larger version is outstanding and this one is even better. Great thought process in needs and implementation.

Doesnt hold up. I bought one of these to replace a BBP messenger bag that lasted six years and still looked new when finally a zipper broke. Within 4 months of purchasing the Timbuk2, the flat side that swings against your body was shredded and worn. Timbuk2 refused to help, calling it cosmetic damage not covered by warranty. Terrible durability, terrible customer service. Never again. My mission in life now is to tell people to steer clear of this company.

I use this as my carry-on for personal items while traveling and in all honesty only ordered it because it had Water bottle holders on the outside of the bag whereas many others stupidly put them inside the bag (this has them inside too, just in case you dont care for your other items).

Great bag! The insert is a great extra as it gives structure. The top carry handle adds to its diversity and makes the bag. This will last a long time.

The bag works great. Its just too light in terms of color. After about a month it looked terrible and could not wash it. THe color combo is just not it for bike commuting (my main mode of transport).

Perfect size and its really durable. I love Timbuk2 products. My only complaint is that my last bag had exterior pockets on both sides and they only put one on this bag for some reason.

I take a lot of stuff to work and it all fits in this bag.I do wish the strap was a bit narrower and the padded strap thingie less bulky.I really like the interior pockets, which I need to keep me organized. The small outer pocket (fleece-lined) tits both of my phones or my work ID on a kinda bulky lanyard.
