Commute Messenger Bag

This is a great messenger bag! There were two main reasons I bought this Timbuk2 Commute Messenger Bag: it has a large capacity for items and it is water resistance.

Great bag, has a nice compartment for the laptop and is very convenient when it comes to going through airport security, theyre referred to by the TSA as smart bags. Im a fan of the exterior ballistic nylon because it keeps my the contents of my bag from getting drenched. Be ware though anything thats in the exposed pocket in the back of the bag will get wet. The interior of the bag that doesnt store the laptop is well organized and I can easily fit my stuff without getting them too cluttered.

The buckles are a pain but the bag has lots of room and is versatile. It holds my large laptop easily and safely with lots of room to spare.

For some reason when I pack it with 50 lbs worth of stuff, I can never actually feel the strain. Am I getting stronger, or is it the construction of the bag? IDK. All I know is that it has enough space to fit EVERYTHING. I would say buy velcro silencers with this because they aggressive obnoxious. Especially when youre mid class and and you need to grab your pen out of the bag.

Typical Timbuk2 quality. You can beat on it, but you cant break it. At the same time it looks sharp all black as I walk the streets of Chicago in my Suit and Tie. It does well on the airplane as well. Fits right under the seat in front of me and has easy access pockets for a one handed access maneuver

I bought this as my daily commute bag also for travel. i plan on taking it on a 1 week trip to thailand it will hold my clothes and ipad. for the whole trip

Perfect for a large laptop & durable.

Great bag! The insert is a great extra as it gives structure. The top carry handle adds to its diversity and makes the bag. This will last a long time.

I bought this because I was tired of carrying my equipment around for work in a backpack and wanted something more professional. This works perfect! Keeps my recording equipment secure and gives me that professional look I love!
