I bought these for my trip and I had zero issues with it. Its adorable, light and more room than I thought I would have. Obviously it gets a little scuffed up from the bag being tossed but it didnt break and everything was still in tact.

My luggage is unable to unlock! I was sent a locked luggage and I cant even unlock it or use it!

My son is getting married in October and will be going to Mexico for his honeymoon. He needed a set as he always traveled with a duffle. It matches his bride to be in a different color

Honestly this feels so cheap. Printed pattern was poorly done and it feels like any part of it would crack if it were checked on a plane. Returning.

I really like this bag. Ive had this roll-on for 5 months and gate-checked it several times with no issues. But I just got off a flight an hour ago where I gate-checked it and there it is, corner dented courtesy of American Airlines. Ill see if I can push out the dent when I get home.

Will use on travel to Ireland in June 2023. Great!

They are very straightforward with possible solutions and are willing to either send a replacement immediately (I couldnt do it with Amazon as Ive been travelling over the last couple of months) or a partial refund for the defective carry-on bag. I like the fact that this manufacturer stands behind their product. Im willing to boost my rating to 5 stars for 2 reasons: 1. The problem is solved and Im confident about getting good product support from the manufacturer. 2. The check-in bag is REALLY NICE! Super light weight and Ive been using it for international travels without any problem. Id recommend this set together with its manufacturer. ========================================= Original Review: This was a surprise birthday gift from my wife. The luggages look nice. However, the dual zipper lock on the carry on spinner gave me real hard time. First of all, I have to say that this dual lock design is ingenious, if it had worked. In my case, it didnt. The main compartment side always worked, but not the laptop compartment side. In fact, there was once I put my laptop in and pushed the zipper heads into the locker holes, and then could not open it. The button just got stuck and could not be pushed. I was so stressed out as I was supposed to get my laptop out for security check at the airport. And after that incident, I dare not to lock it. But then the zipper handles are just too big. I love the design and the lightweight. But the locker mechanism would definitely need some improvement.

I did not like the fact that after I bought the 2 piece set I saw that the 3 piece set was offered for the same price that I paid for the 2 piece set! This is totally not fair to me. This isn’t as light weight as the “it” luggage( my Favorite) but it seems to be durable after 2 trips. It moves well on its 4 wheels. I would recommend it.

Nice looking bag and lightweight. Great color and maneuverability. Cannot speak on durability as I never used it. However it is very small, you can barely fit anything in it. Smaller than average carry ons. Returning if I can due to that. Make sure you measure/check measurements against another carry on bag so you see what size you’re getting! Update: 11/16 I couldn’t return the bag due to the return window being closed. So i ended up just giving it away to family member. However, the company was great and reached out to me and offered me a partial refund/Amazon gift card to makeup for it.
