My iMac was getting slower and occasionally, failing to boot - classic signs of spinning disk failure, but of course no errors showing up so I pressed on until it just gave up and booted into recovery mode!

Installed in my laptop fine and loaded new windows fine. Seems to work good.

Wow there is simply no word to describe this product. My 7 year old lenovo Y510P laptop has become super fast after replacing my hard drive with this gem, even faster than when I purchased the laptop. I am so happy my old hard drive died which made me think bout replacing it. Thanks you Crucial and SSD technology for changing my life.

No issues - works well

Drive was straightforward to install. I converted from an HDD to this SSD. Much, much faster boot times. This is the best way to go unless youve got an M.2 slot.

Perfect complement to upgrade a laptop; once I maxed out ram this was the next best improvement to make it as fast as it’ll ever be.

For a 2.5 Sata HDD it works great.
