> 3 dayThere is a video on YouTube that is much more helpful than the instructions that came with the wiring package that showed the wiring connector on the passenger side of the Outback and buried where you cant see it but can reach in and pull it out. My 2004 Outback wagon had it in that location. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fyoPYzOBNyA

16-11-2024Looked long and hard for that connector in my Tribeca, need to remove a couple pieces of plastic where the door shuts. I ended up just removing the rear trim where the tailgate closes as well as the back area where there is storage. its tucked against the wall closest to the tailgate. Then your golden... Worked perfect and i can now tow!

22-11-2024The reviewer that said it worked for his 2007 WRX led me to believe it would work with my 2007 Impreza base model. I found the connector in the passenger side tied to some other wires. This is similar to another version that said it was compatible but more expensive with lower reviews.

> 3 dayIt is easy to install. The instructions are very generic. They directed me to look for the connector in exactly the wrong spot. So I recommend before you take all the rear interior trim out of your vehicle look for the video on Tube of You.

> 3 dayThis T-Connector is not advertised for use on the 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX Wagon but after reading various Subaru documents on which T-Connectors were common among their vehicles I was certain this connector would work by using Subarus documentation as a cross reference. Sure enough when it arrived I removed the interior covers near the rear passenger side corner of the WRX Wagon, located the Subaru trailer wiring connector tucked inside the fender and it matched up perfectly with the Curt T-Connector.

> 3 dayVery easy to install. Installed this into a 2005 Subaru WRX Wagon. The t-connector is inside the hatch area, under the right rear wire harness next to the body. It is tucked under there pretty good so just gently pull the harness up and run your hand along it till you feel the connector. You will need to pull up the far right floor board cover to gain access to it. You can remove the right rear tail light and there is an unused grommet, just use a razor blade to cut a line through it and run the wiring through it to the hitch.

Greater than one weekWorks as it should. I routed mine down through the wall and the entire thing sits in the tray under the rear floor panel. I will update if it stops working but it seems to be well built.
