Greater than one weekSolid product, for matching subaru models installatuon was a breeze. Found the connecting harness on the right hand side underneath the trim after taking out the big foam block on that side of the spare tire. Connect the plug and find a location for the Curt Harness, with the provided 2 stick tape I found a nice location tucked away in the right quarter panel of the vehicle. Run a length out and thats it. Done and done 15-20 minute job.

> 3 dayThe mfg docs said it did work on a Subaru 2004 wagon even though amazon said it did not. It fits the connection just fine.

> 3 daySuper simple to plug in. Hides away very easily in the spare tire well and the pigtail is plenty long enough for the trailer. Comes supplied with mounting options but I just let it sit in the spare tire well. As well, this is essentially the only option for a 98-02 Forester. A universal kit does not work due to the separation of the brake and turn lights.

> 3 dayThe Curt 55370 four-flat T-connector exactly replaced the one I had previously, and was simple to install. I put all but the length of wire to the trailer connector inside the tail light compartment of a 2005 Subaru Forester. The box with the connecting wires of the original harness was in the spare tire well; when a spare tire was thrown in the well after I had the tires rotated, it was bent causing a disconnection of the brake and tail light wires . Price was good, delivered quickly, easy to install, worked perfectly.

Greater than one weekExcellent kit. Everything you need is included. The fact that the standard Subaru harness was built with an extra plug for this trailer wiring was a Godsend. Just plug and play. It took longer to open the package than it did to install the harness!

> 3 daySuper easy to install. The instructions were wrong for a 2003 Subaru Outback though. We used this video to help us - [...] find the connection.

> 3 dayAttached like OEM, generously long cables make routing a breeze for hiding it all. the end connector and cap seal up nicely and feel very well put together.
