> 24 hourWhen I remodeled my bathroom using marble, I used a diamond router bit to round over the trim piece I cut, and then these pads to sand/polish the rough edges. This saved me a lot of money compared to purchasing marble trim. Plus I was able to custom size the molding so it would not interfere with light switches, door trim, etc. I worked with heavy rubber gloves and boots, because I sprayed water on the pads with a simple pump up garden type sprayer, and I wanted protection from electrical shock. Having extra pads really helped because the 50 and 100 grit pads tended to wear through prolonged use. This kit is way better than the comparable kit without extra pads.

> 24 hourThis product worked great for me. I decided to try a do it yourself project to polish the ends of some scrap granite pieces in order to create some small tables for my patio recliners. After doing some research on how to do the work I found a reasonable priced polisher and these polishing pad and went to work. I used the dry method of polishing. The project came out great and Im very pleased with this product. Even though polishing granite is a pretty slow process and takes a fair amount of effort Im glad I found this product and tried it myself.

> 24 hourFor the price performance is good. Dry pads almost always leave a bit to be desired, but I was impressed at the level of performance given the price. We will see how long they last...

> 24 hourI am installing granite tile in my kitchen. The edges need to be polished and it would have cost me $20 per edge to have it done. The tiles were only $4.00 each! So I looked on YouTube to see if I could polish them myself. It was recommended to get this set of polishing pads and a variable speed grinder. I ordered the Kawasaki grinder on Amazon, too. I clamped the tile onto my wood deck railing using the plastic ratchet clamps. Then I did as the video instructed, starting with the lowest number of polishing pad. I made 3 passes with each number of pad - and voila! The edge is just as smooth and shiny as the surface. The Velcro makes it fast and easy to change the pads and the grinder is easy to use. There is a lot of vibration, which shook me from head to toe, but not an unpleasant feeling. It is fun to do and very rewarding to see the results. The grinder and pads saved me a ton of money!

> 24 hourSand good. I had to use an adapter to use my driver. My grinder was to fast.

> 24 hourThe Velcro came loose from the backing pad after approximately three hours of use, so I was annoyed about that. After I actually read the specs for the product I realized my grinder spins far too fast for these. Works great on an actual polisher. The polishing pads themselves seem fine, no complaints.

> 24 hourI love it?... well, sort of. They work and very well. I have a really nice new counter top with bullnosed and finely polished edges... thanks, in no small part, to these. Plus, 100sf of granite and they seem like new. The downside? Man that was ALOT of work and time. Still, I cant deduct because the finish was perfect.

> 24 hourThese were great and did the job for a fraction of the price of having it done at a custom shop. I just ran a low water trickle when using the 400+grit. Takes a little while to do but so worth the effort for all that $ savings. Make sure to keep a low RPM on the polisher and the pads stay on the polishing disk/attachment without flying off. However do wear all the necessary eye/nose/etc. protection!

> 24 hourPads are durable and work well. They far outlast the others Ive purchased thus far by 3-4x the surface / polishing. Ive been using them to polish concrete counter-tops within 3-21 days after setting, with great results, across multiple pours with various types of agate [glass, stone, fiberglass, even some metal patterns laid into the concrete].
