> 3 dayThese are a must to use with your Stadea stone polisher. Best pads Ive ever used and the Stadea polisher is the greatest wet polisher for the money there is. I purchased mine here from Shop-n-Save Diamond Tools. They have the best service department in the business.

> 3 dayNeeded to refinish a small slab of Carrara marble, a relatively soft stone. I bought these pads after reading all the reviews and thinking I wanted to splurge for a decent set of diamond polishing pads instead of the harbor freight polishing pads I had used previously with my angle grinder on edges only. This wax for the full surface, so I even bought a new polisher and made sure to keep the RPMs within the stated range. I tried it slower I tried it faster… with water, then dry, and I even went back and started over going from 200 grit up again, thinking maybe I had done something wrong, but none of my attempts gave me a factory finish! Its slightly shiny at best. I reverted to my non-diamond pads (only go up to 600 grit btw) and angle grinder and that worked even better than these at the finest grits! So I laid out more money and bought some marble polishing compound which Im expecting tomorrow. I hope it works to give me a factory finish. After spending five hours of working with these pads yesterday, Im really disappointed. ☹️

> 3 dayDiamond pads work great! Have not had a chance to use diamond bullnose. Very pleased with DeWalt Wer grinder,i do wish the easy connect came with a flexible hose to attach to garden hose, but went to my local plumbing store and got what I needed.

> 3 dayAlthough the product does not mention this, I used these with a standard orbital sander and they worked quite well - just takes more time and elbow grease than the more expensive water fed polisher. The velcro back of the pad stuck right to the orbital sander and I sponged water on the concrete surface. Need to apply a fair amount of pressure to the sander. This is one of the methods recommended by Cheng and these pads are cheaper than the ones he sells on his site.

> 3 dayI recently did a kitchen remodel with granite tile counter tops. What I didnt realize at first was that the sides of the tiles werent polished. I looked up suggestions online and saw products like this were a good option, but also saw theyre recommended for drills at 3-4k rpm. My cordless drill does 1600 and my cordless drill does 2000 rpm. Im on a budget and couldnt afford to buy or rent a really high powered drill, but figured Id take a chance with my corded drill and these pads. I bought an attachment for my drill with a 3 velcro pad to attach these to. What I found was that even with the subpar equipment I was using, these pads worked beautifully! I installed black granite tiles and the edges that had been kind of a medium gray polished up very well. Theyre not perfect mind you, but Ill chalk that up to the fact my drill was just under 50% under powered. If I had a better drill and used the pads wet, Im confident the polish would have turned out even better. For what these cost and the equipment I used, I couldnt be more pleased.

08-06-2025Bought these for a concrete counter top project. Worked really well. The 50 grit is rough enough to bevel the edges but will not take enough material off to reveal aggregate and it struggles polishing the aggregate. If you have a big project Id go ahead and get the 6 or 7. Orbital is the way to go with these otherwise they will walk all over the place.

> 3 dayWhen I remodeled my bathroom using marble, I used a diamond router bit to round over the trim piece I cut, and then these pads to sand/polish the rough edges. This saved me a lot of money compared to purchasing marble trim. Plus I was able to custom size the molding so it would not interfere with light switches, door trim, etc. I worked with heavy rubber gloves and boots, because I sprayed water on the pads with a simple pump up garden type sprayer, and I wanted protection from electrical shock. Having extra pads really helped because the 50 and 100 grit pads tended to wear through prolonged use. This kit is way better than the comparable kit without extra pads.

> 3 dayThese worked great to edge polish Quartz countertop I salvaged. Unable to match the factory top polish on a new seam. Not bad for DIY.

> 3 dayThese pads were great! I had to polish several edges of 3cm granite for some bathroom vanity tops and they worked great. I assumed this kit was ready to mount on a drill but I soon realized it the foam pad doesnt have a mandrel. You need either a grinder/polisher or be sure to purchase the drill adapted when you buy the kit. I bought an angle grinder and a router speed controller (to slow the grinder down) for this project. Here are some tips I learned: 1. Make sure the pads are centered! Off-center pads cause uncomfortable tool vibration. 2. Take you time & be thorough. I realized after I installed the piece that I had missed a thin strip. Tough to see outside, but you can see the dull reflection under lighting. 3. Tape off work section. This helped me stay within the limits of the work area and ensure I was polishing the entire work area so I didnt miss anything. 4. Take a milk jug and poke a pin hole about 1 inch from the bottom. Fill with water. Direct the small stream of water onto the work area. Move jug as needed to keep area wet. Overall I was very happy and the pads still look brand new. Based on how often I will use them, they will probably last my lifetime. Most of my friends couldnt tell the factory edging from my work so I was happy about that!
