This bracket is very secure and holds my 40 pound bag like it was nothing. I hung this in my basement and when the kids pound on it the floor upstairs doesnt shake at all. It was easy to install and the included screws are a good sturdy size. Drill pilot holes first to avoid splitting the wood though. Great product.

One of the best priced quality heavy bag hanger on amazon market. Very durable and sturdy when attached to a beam or bracing with screws and washers that are provided. I purchased two hangers for my 40lb and 80lb heavy bags. I would definitely recommend. As always more so common since make sure you are attaching this hanger to a supporting beam or brace. The is will prevent possible damage and or injury to self.

Product works as advertised. I have a 150lb heavy bag mounted to the ceiling using this product. I have had no issues whatsoever with the mount.

I bought the 360 degree swivel mount for a 100lb bag (bag weighs exactly 102lbs). All of the hardware feels sturdy except the carabiners. The pin the carabiner hinges on keeps popping out, and the carabiner has stretched once so I couldnt lock it shut. I had to put it in a vice to compress it back to shape. Ill likely just replace the carabiners with something more robust. The bearings in the swivel and all of the other parts feel sturdy. I put pieces of foam inside of the spring and wrapped it with duct tape to help quiet the noise.
