> 3 dayI didnt get a chance to use this product and dont think that it deserves a 1 star in terms of its quality. However, I am giving it a 1 star because its difficult to install and they didnt include any tool for doing it. It was extremely difficult to install in terms of screwing the screws because there is just no room for maneuvering because of the wall on both sides of the mount. And this is not from me not having the right tools, its just bad design. You can find other mounts that are easy to install.

> 3 dayLove the mount overall, but the carabiner failed on me and nearly KOd. Very dangerous to have a mount with poor quality hardware like this. Makes me worry about the rest of it.

03-06-2025Exactly what I was looking for in terms of solid, sturdy metallurgy. Installation was exactly as expected but make sure you know what you’re doing before drilling into a roof or wall, bolting this down, installing. You need to find a beam, avoiding wires and plumbing - and this hardware does not come with instructions. I did not expect them so had no problem. If you expect them? To paraphrase: “Houston, you will have a problem.”
