21-11-202411/16 or 17mm are the socket sizes you need. Make sure you have those, plus a ratchet driver, before installing. A second set of hands helps. I just installed this hanger this morning and it took about 30 minutes total. I purchased an impact driver because I knew Id be drilling into thick ceiling joists and the screws are absolutely massive. I drilled two small pilot holes after marking where I wanted the bag, and then used an impact driver to push them in. Due to the minimum socket width, I could only push the screws in about 3/4th of the way, so I used a 3/8 ratchet and a 17mm socket to finish it the rest of the way. The product comes with no manual or instructions at all. One thing to note is you need to disassemble it completely in order to mount the bracket first. Then, once mounted, youd assemble the hanger by threading the bolt through the black spacers and the hanging link itself. Overall, Im satisfied with this product and after seeing how solid it is, Im not concerned at all that Ill have any issues with it.

> 3 dayEasy to install. Very sturdy. I used this for my heavy bag in the garage. 100lb. Bag and I don’t have a worry at all.

> 3 dayI just started using it, and of course time will tell, but this thing is beefy and strong. I expect it to last forever... Im tall so I actually mounted mine higher between the beams to give me some more height...

Greater than one weekThis is an excellent hanger. It was difficult for me to find the bins on my garage roof but once I did, piece of cake. This thing is sturdy and versatile. You need a long chain holder for the heavy bag tho. The bag will be very high even with long ones, but worked perfectly for me.

Greater than one weekThis is a sturdy hanger and is working really well for our 80lb heavy bag. It lets the bag swing and pivot. Only things to be aware of are: the carabiner that comes with it is not as sturdy as the rest of the components, but if you need to upgrade its simple switch; on the one I received the instructions said the lag screw needed a 19mm socket and a large drill, but when measuring the screws it turned out to only be a 17mm screw, hence needed small drill for the hold and smaller socket. If you have to pop on by your local hardware store for a socket/drill, take the lag screw along to make sure you get the right size.

> 3 dayHung a 50 lb heavy bag from this. I pre-drilled holes that were 3 sizes smaller than the diameter of the provided lag bolts, and mounted it on a 2x4 stud. So far, after a month or so of intense punishment, it shows no sign of failure.
