It works fine but can missing a screw the carribeaner and the washers.

if youre going to attach a double-end bag to this hanger, please re consider..the groove on the inside bar makes it impossible to hit without annoying the hell out of your neighbors..it might be different for a heavy bag..but if youre gonna hang a double-end bag, its way too loud

The carabiner wont work for most any size heavy bag. The item is high quality but the one I received third party (not reflected in review) was used scratched dirty and poorly maintained.

The unit itself seems solid enough. I marked off two stars because what was supposed to be two days shipping turned out to be eleven days and one of the screws was missing from the package.

I bought 3 for a 100 lb bag, wrecking ball (60 lbs) , and a tear drop bag (60 lbs). I attached them to 2x10s I screwed into ceiling joists. Seems to have no trouble holding the weight of the bags or the abuse.
