> 3 dayOur old punching bag hanging hardware wore out and broke. This hardware is heavy duty! Excellent quality. So much more durable than what came with the bag. Looks like it will be ip there for life!

> 3 dayBeefy piece. Works great with 100lb heavy bag. But gets 4 stars for the lie about being stainless steel when it sticks to the weakest magnet I own.

Greater than one weekThe material has been flaking off since I started using it. It seems sturdy, and is able to support my bag, but I only use it for about 10 minutes a day twice a week ,and there is material flaking everywhere.

> 3 dayEasy to install, great quality, safe to use! I have two of these and they easily support my 100lb heavy bag. Rated much heavier and I believe it. I attach them to exposed beams in my apt.. Holding up nicely after much love/abuse! *** For sound reduction, consider getting a spring. Pros: 1) spring will absorb much of the force of the swinging bag - instead of directly on the beam - reducing noise and house shaking. Cons: 1) spring will disrupt desired pendulum effect… bag will likely bounce; 2) spring lowers bag several inches… no more head shots, but perfect for kicks/body shots!
