Eapele Heavy Bag Hangers Brackets for Wood Beam 360° Swivel

I’ve been looking for ways to train at home and this seemed like a great solution. My dad and I hung this on a slanted ceiling by securing a wood piece to a support beam and then added the bracket. It’s holding a 40lb bag that I use for hitting and kicking. Deciding on the right place to install took some time but actual installation was a few minutes. We’ve had it up for about a week and I’ve used it everyday with no issues. It swings a lot, which is what I wanted, but the added motion doesn’t impact the bracket’s stability. It also comes with a clip that I didn’t use but it was a nice touch. I can’t testify to how it would do with a 100lb or heavier bag but for my 40lb bag it’s working great!

Both screw heads snapped off with a simple socket wrench.. Ill update if the replacement is any different. Update: Received my replacement in the mail and installed without any issues. Leaving the old pictures for those who run into the same issue. Added two new ones of the second mount

For me, this was easy to install because I have a support beam clearly going across my garage ceiling. So it was quite simple for me, just got the appropriate drill bit and then followed it up with the included bolts. I currently have a 100lb heavy bag hung and I have been satisfied.

Easy to install and great mount so far for my 80lb bag.

My wife purchased a heavy back second hand and had no idea how it was supposed to be hung. I searched and quickly found this perfect kit! After hanging under our kitchen, we now have to make sure nothing breakable is on top of the fridge when our 14 yo is taking a break from Xbox and hitting the bag. Very heavy duty and just what we needed! Thank you!

Feels way more reliable than the cheap Everlast version.

It has a very smooth swing and was an easy install. I added a spring and away I went.

This is an excellent hanger. It was difficult for me to find the bins on my garage roof but once I did, piece of cake. This thing is sturdy and versatile. You need a long chain holder for the heavy bag tho. The bag will be very high even with long ones, but worked perfectly for me.
