The only bad thing I have to say about this is the instructions called for a 19mm socket for the bolt. Its actually a 17mm socket. Words mean things.

I was a little nervous about getting this product reading about all the people who didnt get all the parts required. Luckily I got all the parts that were needed and it was in good shape. Great product love it

if youre going to attach a double-end bag to this hanger, please re consider..the groove on the inside bar makes it impossible to hit without annoying the hell out of your neighbors..it might be different for a heavy bag..but if youre gonna hang a double-end bag, its way too loud

I install this couple days ago and my punching bag still hanging and i dont go easy on him and so is my son. My punching bag weight 100 pounds and it does the job.

As the unhandiest man in America, I had to hire someone to install it. But they had no problem. I attached a 100 pound bag to it 3-4 weeks and all good so far. Bag hasn’t fallen so it’s doing it’s job!

I have this hanger holding a 190 pound aqua bag. Can’t beat the price for that.
